There are coin/card-operated laundry facilities on-site in each building.  
  
\* All guests staying will have access to every amenity (when open).  
\* The lazy river (located behind the A Building opens 4/1) and oceanfront pool (located in front of the A Building will be open year-round)  
\* The pool located behind the A building between the Lazy River and the A building is heated.  
\* The indoor pool and hot tub located in the B Building are open year-round.  
\* The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub located in the Five Seasons Center will be open year-round.  
Non-umbrellas and umbrellas larger than 7 ½ feet in diameter are not permitted on the beach, with the exception of infant tents no larger than 4 feet wide by 3 feet deep and 3 feet high.  
  
Rates do not include Taxes and Service Fees. MINIMUM AGE 23\. Photo ID may be required at check-in. We do not rent to Horry County Residents. Parking fees, pest control schedule, and amenity availability are subject to change.   
  
Rental agreement must be signed within 3 days of booking to ensure a seamless check-in process.  
  
We do NOT accept third-party payment sites (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, etc.)  
  
2026: A parking fee $10 per vehicle/per day will be charged at the security gate via credit/debit card. You will receive a hang tag from the security gate with the dates of your stay. Please have the parking pass displayed at all times while on the resort property. This is a Myrtle Beach Resort policy and not by Myrtle Beach Management. Please call our office for monthly parking rates.  
  
2026: Trailers (restricted to 18 feet end of trailer to hitch) may be brought by guests, on a first-come, first-served basis, for a daily fee of $15 for 9 months of the year with the exception of the months of June, July, and August, during which time no trailers are permitted on the property. The Vehicle pulling the trailer will be assessed $10 per day, and each Motorcycle - $10 per day

Nice place clean plenty of pans and other kitchenwares. Sofa bed mattress needs to be replaced unable to use sleeper bed so if you rent be sure to have an air mattress.

#### Good stay- pull out couch needs upgrade 

Overall we had a nice stay. This unit was clean and good size with everything we needed. The only problem was the pull out couch was terribly uncomfortable- the mattress is so thin and worn, you basically sunk into the middle with bars in your back. We were a party of 6 and this was advertised to sleep 6- we decided could not use the pull out couch after the first 2 sleepless nights so we had to squish 2 people into each of the twin beds. We have used pullout couches many times with no problems but this one needs an upgrade. If you are more than 4 people, consider a different unit or check if they’ve purchased a new mattress for the couch.

#### Myrtle Beach Resort

This is our 5th year at the property. The facility is as advertised. Very clean. Very convenient to the surrounding area. The only complaint is the access to the property. Their was malfunction/miscommunication with the gate codes. The daytime security staff was great but the evening shift was less than understanding. Regardless, we will be back.

#### Great condo!

We have stayed at the facility many times and this was by far one of the best condos we had. The property manager, Justin Brown with Myrtle Beach management was excellent. He was able to do a virtual check-in with us so that way we didn't have to go out of our way to go down to his office.

#### Great Location and property features

This was our first stay in a property at the resort. The property was great. The location is perfect! Short walk to the beach and many of the resort amenities. The condo is very nicely decorated in a beachy theme. Had most everything you could need in the kitchen. I was aware to bring my own trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper and those things so I came prepared. My family and I had a great time. I really enjoyed being able to sit on the patio and see the ocean.

The condo was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with pans and utensils. Much more spacious and updated than it appears in the photos. Had a great stay. Thank you!

nice place overall except for two things, there was a lot of small trash on floors appeared that the cleaning service did not clean them and the two twin bed mattresses need to be replaced very uncomfortable to sleep on.

#### Great location and easy access to everything

We really enjoyed the stay here. The price was good and the apartment was just as described. There were boogie boards, sand toys, chairs, and an umbrella as well as a clothes line so you didn’t have to worry about your towels blowing away on the balcony. The pools were not overcrowded nor was the beach. This is south of Myrtle proper and about 30 minutes from North Myrtle but there was still plenty to do and enjoy. No paper products or bath items besides starter toilet paper,a few small bars of soapamd a pack for the dishwasher are provided -bring your own paper towels, tissues, trash bags (we just used the Walmart bags and took it out each time we headed out) toiletries, and dish washing detergent/dish soap. There are not extra linens or bath towels, you can buy another pack of towels to use there or bring some of your own. Myrtle has the cheapest beach chairs, towels, clothes at the MANY ‘surf’ shops so if you forget anything it’s really easy to pick up. We would definitely stay here again. Right on the beach, away from the hustle and bustle, but still close to whatever you wanted to do.

Clean condo . Walking distance from beach . Not far from sky wheel and other attractions . This condo had beach toys , beach chairs umbrellas on balcony we didn’t know about it snd brought our own. Overall 100% satisfied enjoyed stay
