This first floor condo is located in a highly desired resort known for it's amenities, which include outdoor pools, indoor pools, hot tubs, a gym, basketball court, tennis courts, a shop, pizza parlor and more. All amenities are listed below. Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat. Parking: Easy access private parking lot with secured entry. Motorcycles are allowed, however, they must be parked in a certain parking lot on the premises. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, RVs or boats in the parking lot. PLEASE NOTE: Beginning January 1, 2026, the resort will charge a $10 daily parking fee per vehicle, payable by credit or debit card only at the security gate upon arrival. For guests with extended stays, the monthly parking rates are as follows: \- $50 per month during January, February, March, October, November, and December \- $100 per month during April through September For your convenience, you can also reserve and pay for parking online in advance through the resort’s prepaid parking website, which is now active and available for use.
