Our expectations of the unit were higher based off the pictures and the rating. It was clean and the location was good. However, the unit felt well used and in need of some updating. The bedroom is at the front of the unit and is directly across from the elevator which was noisy well after midnight. The location is great, the view is great. The access to the ocean is easy. The high touch surfaces were clean. It wasn't as "sparkling clean" as we expected based on the reviews and description and there were a few minor repairs needed. Hosteeva was easy to contact, thanked me for the feedback, and said they'd address the concerns in the future.
