Our natural amenities include miles of beach and tidal creeks an on-site nature preserve with walking trails and bike paths and a delightful year round climate. Starfish Legacy was amazing for myself and my family! The kitchen had every utensil and appliance I could dream of, we all loved the high end appliances. The decor is tasteful. Having the pool outside our door helped tremendously with a baby. Fabulous for a family! We highly recommend!

#### Fantastic Close to Beach Villa

Just completed a week at Starfish Legacy for a family reunion (we rented 3 separate properties), and the villa was outstanding (best of all properties). Great location close to the beach with access to the Pioneer pool. Just as important - the property is great condition with fully-updated top notch bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, TVs, and a separate basement "family room" area. May be a little more expensive than some other villas but definitely worth it.

#### Starfish Legacy is a gem

Starfish Legacy is a gorgeous, meticulously maintained ocean front villa. The decor is beautiful, the very comfortable furniture says "home", not "rental", and the appliances -- oven, stove top, refrigerator, washer/drier, dishwasher, ice maker, etc -- are top of the line. The kitchen is fully stocked with every plate, piece of cutlery, measuring device, and serving dish that a renter needs. The villa offers a beautiful view of the lawn and pool, and the pool was an asset we enjoyed every day. We would have booked SF villa for next year had we not found Cornfed Pelican, a wonderful new addition to the Peace Vacation roster which will accommodate our entire clan.

We enjoyed our stay at Starfish Legacy. This house is amazing. We had a large multi-generational family and there was plenty of room. The house is beautifully designed and close to the beach and to the pool. The views are lovely too. The kitchen is a dream! We had a lot of very good cooks in our family and everyone enjoyed all of the extra touches that are added in the kitchen. Everything about this house was wonderful. We definitely want to return.

The house was so comfortable and the master suite is amazing! The location is perfect, the beach is super close and not busy at all. Only sad part was that the pool was closed (for COVID), which is fine, I just wish I had known. The listing mentioned all the included amenities but didn’t state that they weren’t available, so that was a bit of a disappointment. Other than that, we loved the place and we can’t wait to come back.
