We also own Ocean Blue 503 (VRBO listing # 4746485ha, https://www.vrbo.com/4746485ha ). This is another 5 bedroom condo in the Ocean Blue resort on the desirable south side and above the motel next door. It sleeps 12\. There are different size beds than Ocean Blue 803\. Please take a look at the photos on that listing if the bed configuration for Ocean Blue 803 isn't ideal for your group. We, the owners, self manage both of our condos. This leads to the condo being maintained better than a property that is managed by a property manager. Since we are the owners, we can quickly answer questions about the condo. We are continuously making upgrades to our condo. Interior Pictures updated December 2025 to show the stunning views from the living room, dining room, and master bedroom! Don't be fooled by other rentals that have pictures taken years ago! We recommend asking owners/managers when the pictures were taken. Many property managers have out of date pictures. Note: the virtual tour in picture position 3 and the walk through video in picture position 4 are from spring of 2018\. The flooring, some appliances, and furnishing have been upgraded since then. On the 8th floor, 2850 sq. ft, 35 foot long, 300 sq ft ocean front balcony, 5 dedicated bedrooms, 4 full baths . Since it is an end unit, our condo spans from the street side of the building (with a private street side balcony) to the ocean side of the building (with a private oceanfront balcony). This property is very private with only 36 units......12 floors - 3 units per floor and 2 elevators. This complex, which was built in 2007, maintains a very private and exclusive feel, yet it's close to all the action Myrtle Beach has to offer! This unit is perfect for extended/multiple families or group/golf outings. This property is outfitted with a covered parking garage and pass code locks on all common doors. Who could forget the soft white sand and the gentle Atlantic Ocean! Our condo has spectacular views from both balconies! Since the neighboring building on the south side of our condo is only 4 stories tall, and our condo is on the 8th floor, we have incredible unobstructed views of the beach looking south from the balconies and most of the the rooms in the condo! The street side balcony has a nice ocean view as well! Only the 5 bedroom condos on the south side of Ocean Blue above the 4th floor have this spectacular view of the beach. The best part is the view of the ocean from your 8th floor master suite and elegantly decorated living area. After a day at the beach basking in the warm summer sun, you'll enjoy your own wet bar, living room with 65" LCD TV & streaming Blu Ray DVD player, media room with LCD TV, streaming Blu Ray DVD player, roku, and plenty of space to accommodate your family/friends. In this masterpiece, you'll find LCD TV's in all bedrooms, full size washer/dryer, free WiFi, and two refrigerators to accommodate any size parties! There is a 35 foot long private oceanfront balcony off of the master suite as well as the living room, and all bedrooms have a view of either the ocean or the grand strand! All of the bedrooms have exterior windows that allow natural light in! A second private balcony that provides spectacular street views is located off of the queen suite. This building aims to please, provides easy access for all age groups, and is handicap accessible (Note: condo contains some 34" doors, doesn't have pedestal sinks or grab bars, and a wheelchair may not be able to access the kitchen. Please send an inquiry for additional handicap accessibility concerns). Exceeding the max occupancy will result in immediate termination of the stay without any refund and additional charges to the traveler! We did something different every day, the Arboretum, Fort Sumter and the Yorktown, the aquarium, and a nature river cruise. Great places to eat and relax with family for an afternoon drink. The kids loved the beach, running into the waves and the pools. So easy to check in and out. We had more cars than parking passes so found it very easy to get the street parking pass and places to park in front of the building. Will definitely tell friends about this place. It is so easy to get around to stores, costco, and the boardwalk area. The condo is in great shape with lots of gathering room and privacy when needed. Parking was better than anywhere I've stayed(so easy). Elevators are fast. Pools and beach were perfect. I would 100% recommend staying here if you get the chance. The condo was really well stocked with kitchen items and beach items. We had 4 adults and 7 kids 5 and under, and the condo had enough sleeping space and common areas to accommodate playtime for big kids during little kid nap time. The view was incredible and really easy trek down to the pool and beach. Can’t say enough good things about our unit. I brought my cheerleading team to a nationals competition and we all stayed in this condo. There were 16 of us. The owner provided plenty of linens, towels, etc for our stay. The condo was very spacious and clean. It had a beautiful master bedroom/ bathroom. The balcony was large and had plenty of seating for up to 8 people. Another awesome feature was the kitchen! It had 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers!!! It was a relaxing trip for us. After the cheer competition, we swam in the indoor pool, jumped in the hot tub, swam hot side in the outdoor pool, AND went to the beach. Lots of things to do at this condo!!!! The kitchen and laundry area was well stocked with everything needed as well as plenty of beach chairs and pool floats to use. The balcony was amazing. The building and pools were very clean and there was always a staff member cleaning and tending to things. Great communication with the owner as well. Only a few little things to nitpick: the 2 smokers in our group said there wasn’t a safe place to smoke outside, they were often in the alley with the other building’s dumpsters. The bed in the sleeper sofa was too bent to sleep on, but the couch itself was fine to sleep on instead. The unit next to us had some rowdy tenants that were super loud at night, but the day of checkout we saw a notice on their door from the condo staff about it. I do wish I could have unpacked my suitcase and hung clothes in a closet but our closet was stuffed full of all the beach and pool stuff and there weren’t any hangers, but again, completely minor compared to how awesome everything was. ##### Amanda D. Truly everything you could need in the kitchen and stuff for the beach/pool. We brought our instant pot because we use that all the time and never expected that to be there. Location was amazing!!! View from the great room was OVER THE TOP!! Furniture, comfy and plentiful. Spacious, nicely appointed rooms. Room for everyone. Balcony was an added bonus for the size. Alfresco dinner and lots of seats for everyone. Rocking chairs were a nice touch! Even though only parking for 2 cars in the garage, getting weekly pass was super easy and lots of parking very close to the condo. Very modern and comfortable. The manager is the owner. He can be reached anytime with questions and he answers quickly. Linens are provided, also dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. There is a variety of beach toys in the cupboards for use. The condo is very well guarded, so we felt safe staying there. We loved that the beach is just steps away. We had a total of 13 people in our family stay there and had no problems. We didn't feel cramped. There are 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers! We were a little south of the Boardwalk. The side facing the ocean was all glass, making for stunning sunrises and amazing views at all times of the day. The living/dining/kitchen area was large and comfortable and we (six adults and seven children) enjoyed spending most of our time there. The kitchen was superbly equipped with two refrigerator/freezers, two dishwashers, and everything that we could need including spices and other items that we might have forgotten. My daughters and their families continue to rave about the beauty of this home and the thoughtfulness of the owners. The beach was a bit cold and windy this April, but thankfully our kids seemed to prefer swimming in the indoor pool, and lazy river. I highly recommend for larger families. ##### Stan H. Lots of room there were 9 of us. There is even a door so you could close of the back area where the 4 bedrooms and sitting area was . You could be in the kitchen living room and balcony without disturbing people that went to bed early. Kitchen is very well equipped . Close to lots of restaurants and activities , right on the beach . Overall a fantastic time! If you have more than 2 cars you need to get the parking pass for 30.00 for the whole week.
