Onsite parking right in front of the unit was great and we could walk to the beach in just a couple minutes. The paved beach path connected to the boardwalk, so I was able to get my walk in each morning with a walk from 2nd Avenue to 16th and back. The owner communicated very well, but my only feedback is that instructions to get into the rental were not sent until the exact check-in time. I’m used to receiving the address and check-in instructions from hosts a day or at least several hours prior to check-in which helps with peace of mind to know you’ll be able to get in and weren’t forgotten. We also didn’t have an address until the exact check-in time so it was a little later checking in than we wanted to be. ##### Lynee R. Due to weather conditions we arrived early and when the manager was notified, he assisted in allowing us slightly earlier entrance to the unit. The facility was clean and nicely supplied with a large basket snacks, bathroom well equipped with toiletries and quick response when something was needed. Last minute, we had to change plans and we chose this property. Best decision ever. The location was fantastic, very short walk to beach. The apartment was very clean and anything you could possibly need was already provided for you. But the best part of it all was the hosts. They were so incredibly accommodating, helpful, and flexible. I can't speak highly enough about them. I look forward to going back because of them!
