Access to the beach is a plus for anyone looking for ramp style walkways for older and disabled folks. The attached parking deck was also a nice addition with plenty of parking. Plenty of restaurants/shopping very close by. If I had to complain about anything it would be the elevators because during check-in/out they are super busy, so expect to wait on holiday weeks for sure. Would definitely stay here again. Awesome unit. I loved the balcony directly over the beach. It's rare to get a until with three bathrooms. That was a nice plus. Smaller kitchen than some units, but it didn't matter to us. We were also able to keep the curtains open most of the time in the bedrooms since they weren't in the hallway. Furnishings were updated. You literally have to go out on the balcony to see the beach. Otherwise all you see out the windows is ocean. It is that close to the beach. Look out the window to the left and you see beach all the way past the Cherry Grove Pier which is 9 miles away. I know because I road my beach bike that far at low tide a couple of times. There are no tall buildings blocking your view, just a camp ground with campers. Jodi was very responsive and helpful. We didn’t have any problems with the unit so after the first couple of questions we didn’t have to bother her. We will definitely be back. ##### Phil S.
