Litchfield Beach Resort R&R Getaway

Cute cozy condo with view of the pool. This is an end unit so it is very private and quiet. You can go right down the steps outside the unit to go visit the pool or soak in the hot tub.

The space
We have a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator. There is a great shower stall with easy access. There is a washer and dryer on each level.

Per resort policy: You need to be 21 years of age to check-in or be accompanied by an adult.

Nice condo in the Summerhouse Building overlooking a large pool complex with lazy river, big pool, splash pool and childrens water features. Very nice. The balcony is covered so if it's rainy you can still sit outside. We found it too far to walk to the beach club which is were you have access to the actual beach. There is a paved path and then sidewalks but its 0.5 or 0.7 miles depending on route and too far for us to push the beach buggy we had. Nice beach was flat and sandy for miles.

The area was nice and relaxing. Pool and lazy river was a plus. The beach and beach is a long walk and distance away, best to drive there with a pass needed at the gate. The condo was clean. Less attractions in the immediate area.It was very enjoyed. I definitely would recommend to others. Pretty nice!

Litchfield Beach is the Best!

We love this beach and love the entire area, especially the bike paths. This condo is great for families, although when we visited the lazy river was closed (not the fault of the owner). It’s a bit of a walk to the beach and is easier to drive, and it’s not exactly convenient since you have to backtrack to the main gate to go. But it’s the beach, so who cares? Totally worth it. The condo is very nice, everything we would have wanted. It says it sleeps 6, which it technically does bed-wise, but six people would be tight. The table only seats 4 and there isn’t another option for more. But that worked for us fine, it may be more of a squeeze for other families. Also there is virtually no storage space for groceries. There’s a stove and microwave, but the actual food had to be placed on countertops, in the fridge, and a living room shelf. Something to consider if you’re used to buying lots of groceries for a weeklong beach trip. Overall I would stay here again. Amanda was very nice and it was a great value. Thanks!

Great place to stay

This place was perfect for our family of four. Nice to have a kitchen so we didn't have to eat out every meal and the grocery store is right across the street. The pool area and lazy river were fun for the kids. Breakfast buffet at Coastal Dish was great. Just a short drive to the beach or we could take the golf cart shuttle that came by regularly. Would definitely stay again!
