Deja View II Oceanfront Studio with Amazing Views!

This newly updated studio unit is located on the 16th floor of the Patricia Grand Resort and new king bed with loveseat sleeper! Not one, but TWO oceanfront balconies to enjoy the amazing views. Go straight to your room with your own unique door code and start enjoying your stay!
This unit welcomes respectful owners and their small pets also. Resort has 20 lb maximum for guest's dogs, with a 2 dog maximum per room.

This studio was perfect for our stay. The view of the ocean is perfect and location is great, very close to lots of restaurants and Broadway at the Beach.

Perfect little getaway

Honestly, there is nothing to complain about with the condo. The host is very responsive and helpful. Our stay was better than we imagined, with breathtaking views, privacy, and a full kitchen with all the accessories we needed. The indoor pool and hot tubs made the rainy day as much of a vacation as the sunny days! 10/10 would want to stay again.

Dream Solo Vacation

I wanted a relaxing solo vacation where i could see the beach, take walks, and relax. This was absolutely perfect! The 2 balconies had amazing views. I could actually sit in bed and see the beach & the ocean and feel the ocean breeze. The last night i enjoyed fireworks on the beach from the comfort of my bed. Great vacation!!

Wonderful!

Perfect place to stay! Room was clean and had everything we needed, and the condo is full of amenities! All of the staff were super friendly, the pool has such a fun and lively atmosphere, and you are only steps from the beach. Tom the owner very accommodating with all request, Friendly staff, great location. We had a great time with 8 other couples, nice meeting area on premises. very clean beach, Did rain a little to be expected :-) overall would stay again same place.

Studio was wonderful! Property was nice. Inside lazy River was tiny. Might have been something smaller children would enjoy, but much too small for adults. Overall, wonderful stay!!

Great mini vaca stay!

Unique layout of room with everything needed to make our stay comfy! Loved the little details like the complimentary snack and cute bed display with chocolates. Hotel overall was clean and well-kept. Easiest check in process ever! Love not having to deal with anyone and going straight to the room! Highly thinking about staying here for our annual summer trip!
