Unlike most of the oceanfront properties, you do not walk into the bedroom, but to the kitchen/living room area. You can access the balcony from both the living room and the bedroom. This is a spacious corner unit, the biggest floorplan in the bldg. to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. No need to look any further!!! Patricia Grand Resort's 4th-floor corner suite has recently been remodeled. This is the most expansive floorplan in the entire structure. It can accommodate up to 8 people (2 queen size beds in the bedroom as a full-size murphy bed in the living room). When you don't feel like going out, the new full kitchen with a granite countertop is sufficient enough to allow you to create homemade meals. A large and elegant living room is ideal for unwinding after a long day, socializing with friends and family, and creating lifelong memories!
