With sweeping, direct views of the Atlantic Ocean from an expansive private balcony, this space is perfect for relaxing and enjoying all the coast has to offer. Whether you're here with family, friends, or as a couple, the condo comfortably sleeps 6 to 8 guests with a king bed, two queen beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. What sets this rental apart is the thoughtful design and layout that provides both privacy and comfort. The guest bedroom, located just inside the entrance, features two queen-sized beds and a TV with basic cable, along with a closet and dresser for storage, ideal for up to four guests. The master bedroom is a peaceful retreat, with a king-sized bed, nightstands, dresser, TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a tub, shower, vanity, and linen closet. The living room, newly updated with stylish furniture, a large glass art piece, and new area rugs, is the heart of the home. With a spacious sleeper sofa and a 70” TV, it's perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. You'll also find a new dining table set for shared meals and plenty of room to spread out. The balcony has been upgraded with a new lounge chair to maximize your time outdoors, taking in the breathtaking ocean views. As of Winter 2025, the condo is packed with new features and upgrades to make your stay even more comfortable. All TVs have been replaced with large, wall-mounted screens (70” in the living room and 55” in the bedrooms), and the addition of new mattresses ensures a restful night's sleep. The owners have also added outlets with USB and iPhone charging capabilities for your convenience, keeping your devices powered up during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including new kitchenware such as steak knives, kitchen scissors, and a tea kettle. Whether you're cooking a meal or just making a quick snack, the granite countertops, full-size appliances, and ample storage space will make it easy. For those who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach offers an abundance of great restaurants, with food delivery options like Uber Eats and DoorDash also available. The bathrooms have both been freshly painted, and the lighting in the master bathroom has been improved for a brighter, more inviting space. New lampshades have been added to the master bedroom for a modern touch, and spare lightbulbs are conveniently stored in the vanity cabinet in case you need them. There's also a washer and dryer off the kitchen for added convenience. With these thoughtful updates and upgrades, this condo has become a truly special place to stay. Condition of condo not happy with. Marked up walls, floors & baseboards in poor condition. Furniture- dining room chair was unsafe to sit in. One of worst experiences of our stay was the front door lock. We were unable to open the condo door without having to create a new code every single time we wanted to enter. I am sending some photos of the condo. The place was disgustingly dirty though. Walls were dirty by the kitchen, something was stuck on the kitchen floor that looked nasty, cabinet vinyl was falling off, lamps and phone in rooms were dusty, a bedroom door was literally coming apart because they tried to fix it with screws… we couldn’t get in early because they still had to “inspect” it after it was cleaned… that inspection was a HUGE fail! The view of the ocean is incredible. I love how close and easy this location is to get to different places to visit and very close to neighborhood Walmart. Some more kitchen essentials would have been nice, I bought oven mitt,pizza cutter and pizza pan and left there for future visits. They have 1 small skillet,so if you need a big one,make sure to bring one. The door to the room with 2 beds does stick really bad and is hard to open so be mindful of that. I really have no complaints, the property manager was quick to answer my check in questions. I definitely plan on staying at this location again. ##### STACIA B. Furniture is very worn and old. Carpet is very worn and dirty. Kitchen cabinets are dirty. Only 3 chairs are on the balcony; needs 4 for the two bedroom unit. I would not rent this unit again. The view and location was phenomenal especially given the price. on the down side, we arrived to dirty dishes and urine around the toilets. A little upsetting given the high cleaning feerequired per stay. Upon arrival we noticed a faulty light and contacted the property manager. At first communications with property manager went smoothly and then suddenly they just stopped altogether. Light was not fixed during our stay, but not a huge deal. Do not try to close the door to the room with the two beds, or you may never get it back open. We learned the hard way that once it's closed, it gets jammed in place. It looks as if someone at some point attempted to kick the door in and the door has split and warped in multiple places as a result. However those are all fairly minor issues and did not keep us from quickly booking an extra night for our stay. The corner view with floor to ceiling windows and extended balcony and spacious kitchen and sitting area are absolutely worth it. ##### Malaea W. We appreciated the efforts the resort put into place by signs that told guests to wear masks and only one person/family in elevators at a time but I felt as though there should have been staff assigned to constantly going around wiping down gate handles and pool railings. There were also some employees that were not wearing masks- we made sure to keep our distance but just thought it should have not been an issue. ##### Jennifer M. Unfortunately that is the best part. The TV room is quite large, which is wonderful, but the TV was no larger than a 36 and from the couch it simply was too small and no way to move anything closer! The couch needs replacing when you sit down you practically sink inside it and aside from on stiff chair and the donning room table chairs there is no place to sit and hang. Kitchen is ill equipped 3 forks and two steak knives?? It was Easter weekend and I’m having to call for utensils? Forget about the following- wine glasses, potato masher(don’t worry I bought one and left it) carrot peeler. The dishwasher is connected to a light switch so yet another call was placed and this was no where in the welcome book. Finally although you can get more power towels ($1.50) and Toilet paper ($.50), there is a $15 delivery charge and you can’t pick it up!!
