This wonderful 3BR unit is the perfect beach getaway with amazing views! The king master with it's own private bathroom features a jacuzzi tub and step in shower, as well as direct access to an Oceanfront balcony. The guest bedrooms each have their own bathroom and feature a queen bed in one and two twins in the other. With a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, wifi, cable TV and much more, this unit is sure to become a family favorite! Guests have access to all that Litchfield By the Sea has to offer like tennis, pickleball, multiple pools, dining, spa and even a Starbucks. This property has a traditional drip coffee maker and a Keurig. Located on the 3rd floor above parking garage with elevator access No smoking. No pets. Bed & bath linens included. No motorcycles, RVs, campers, buses, or motorized skateboards are allowed in the LBTS community. You're directly across from the ocean, so the location can't be beat. The condo is oceanfront with a large well-furnished balcony, fully-equipped kitchen and bar area, very comfortable for a multi-generational family of 5\. For the avid golfer, there are many beautiful golf courses within a 10-20 minute drive. Convenient to shops, grocery stores and restaurants. The only negative is the very noisy washing machine. Just don't run it when you want to take a nap! Otherwise, highly recommend this cozy retreat. ##### Larry B. I called to report it and they sent someone right over to clean, but she just didn't have time for a deep cleaning. The only other issue for us was that the sliding doors were cloudy so that it was hard to see out and the wonderful ocean view. The patio was the BEST!!! comfortable furniture and a beautiful view!!! Séjour de 3 nuits en juillet 2021 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Voyageur vérifié 15 août 2021 #### Great location but Cambridge 306 needs work The AC went out twice, one burner on the stove popped during use so we did not use the stove after first day, the washing machine sounds like it has a bad bearing and is extremely loud so only used is sparingly due to sleeping infant and the mattresses are like sleeping on a brick mattress. You might want to also check the ceiling fan in the 2 twin bed room, when turned on high it wobbles and creates fear of it falling from ceiling, we did not use because this is the room where we set up the baby bed. The bedspread on the king bed had bleach spots. JUST HAPPENED TO FIND THIS PLACE THAT WAS AVAILABLE FOR OUR TIME REQUIREMENTS. IT IS A PREMIUM CONDO AT A PREMIUM PROPERTY (LITCHFIELD) AND YOU DO PAY PREMIUM RATES BUT WORTH THE RATE. ONLY ISSUE IS THE WASHING MACHINE (IF YOU USE IT). IT IS LOUD - JET LANDING IN THE ROOM LOUD. ##### Coy D.
