I sent them to the listing agent.good news, "they are going to address it" lol. Let's start with the paper thin pillows that are yellow stained and had balls of hair under the cases. We had to buy pillows. The balcony has never been cleaned. It was sticky everywhere you touched. The curtains had mold growing on them and smeared bugs. Good luck with the AC. It decides when it wants to work. The dust on the headboard reminded me of a Christmas set. Mattress was half decent but who knows if that comforter has ever been washed. TV worked just fine. No self respecting person would ever use the stove, microwave, coffee pot or any dishes / utensils. The sink in the bathroom had a massive black mold ring around the entire top. It was so much mold it had to be a science project. The shower head hangs on the floor because there is no bracket to hold it. So unless you enjoy taking a bath every night, you will need to learn how to juggle a shower head and soaps. We could hear every conversation in the room behind us. We enjoyed the 2 AM drunk fight conversation while trying to sleep. Carpet had folds in it, debris and a cigarette burn mark. Room had a slight cigarette smell the first night as well. This place just needs taken care of. Clearly the cleaning crew hasn't been doing their job for sometime. It needs new kitchen stuff, shower head, pillows and curtains. Had plenty for the kids to do for a short spontaneous spring break trip. The kids had a blast.
