This apartment absolutely exceeded expectations. Clean, comfortable and modern, the apartment is set in a very nice resort property adjacent to the intercoastal waterway. The airport is nearby but there is no noise from the flights. The apartment itself is beautiful with a spacious living area and kitchen, and a large modern bathroom. Communications with the property manager were excellent, and the check-in/check-out process with friendly resort staff was smooth. The room was spacious and clean and equipped with everything we needed for the week. The location of our building was perfect for us to walk to all the pools on-site. I was told at that time that a refund for that day would be issued in 3 to 4 days. It is now 8 days later and no credit has been issued to my card. The reason for the change in my stay was they were unable to get in touch with the unit owner. In my opinion, they shouldn't have listed it then. The unit was fairly clean but the shower was pretty gross and need to be redone. The exterior door on the entry was rusted and had peices of rusted metal along the bottom, just waiting to cut someone. The unit overlooked the intercoastal and that was nice, the pools were nice but very shallow, not deep enough to tread water. I think I will pass on this place on the future and never deal with Rental Pros again. They seemed very shady which is a shame because the people at Harbour Lights management's were very nice and accommodating. ##### Jewel G. The new place had a plumbing problem, but once again, VRBO was on it and found another great property for me. The property was clean, spacious, on the beach, and a great size.
