The pictures you see are the paradise that's waiting for you. Come stay in a beautiful renovated, owner operated oceanfront tropical oasis at the Sand Dunes Resort on Myrtle Beach's Golden Mile. Located on the 10th floor, this renovated and furnished condo will become your paradise. Have coffee or drinks on the balcony overlooking the beach, ocean and patio, or relax in the living room of this suite, while your family sleeps in the separate bedroom. Luxuriate in the brand new walk-in shower! Different from many, this condo offers a full stove/oven.

Parking permit for onsite (garage or outside) parking provided upon arrival to the condo.

Go straight to your room! Since the condo is privately owned, bypass the reception desk. You don't need to waste time waiting in line to check-in! Also, why worry about carrying a room key around? We have keyless locks, and each reservation receives a unique code to get you into the room.

There is a great restaurant onsite with a bar for when you are thirsty. Nearly outside the door is River City which has the best burgers in MB! Right next door is a Starbucks. Outside of the resort lies a thousand things to do – restaurants, miniature golf, boating, fishing from a nearby pier, golfing at the gajillions of golf courses, shopping (yes, there are outlet malls very close!), and looking for shells and shark teeth (my son's favorite thing to do!). Most everything is a less than a 15 minute walk or drive and US 17 is only 2 blocks away. The airport is less than 10 miles away too!  
  
So come enjoy a little bit of heaven. Wake up to beautiful sunrises and go to sleep with the sounds of the ocean.  
  
RENTAL POLICIES:  
This is a privately owned condo and is not part of the Sand Dunes rental program. Maid service and Sand Dunes kiddie waterpark are not included. Your rental includes only the amenities paid for by the Homeowners Association.  
  
Must be 25 to rent. This is a non-smoking property.  
No motorcycles or trailers allowed on property.

pics of room little deceiving I think it would be very crowed with 4 people,the room was nice and in good condition, the resort buildings in need of updating the property,overall nice room and we enjoyed the restaurant and pizza &ice cream all in the resort,you could stay and not leave the resort, great access to the beach, the umbrella and beach was a great added benefit kitchen was nice and easy check-in with door code!!

The building/hotel was outdated. Laundry room was poor. Our room was good but could not use the sofa (needs to be replaced) so we had to watch TV in the bedroom. The veiw from the room was outstanding! Very short walk to the beach! Would consider staying here again if the sofa get replaced.

#### Nice stay overall

The unit was nicely refurbished and decorated. It had all the beach chairs and kitchen utensils that we needed. It is a small unit, so two fit well but 4 would be really tight. The couch is really a Murphy bed and is very low to the ground for sitting and also very uncomfortable. We did most of our tv viewing in the king bed in the bedroom. The only other issue is parking. When we first arrived we had to go up to the top floors of the garage to find a space. During the week after the holiday we could find a spot on the ground floor. Overall we had a nice time!

#### Everything we could have hoped for

We had a great stay at this VRBO. The room was perfect with all the needed amenities. The facility was also excellent with the in house dining. It is in the middle of all the attractions. We walked to a number of spots and all the main attractions are a short Uber ride away. The view is absolutely breath taking. The host Angie had everything well document when we arrived to the room, from how to work the internet, TV, attractions and other information. Communication was great throughout the stay. Awesome experience.

We really enjoyed the location. It was close to restaurants, stores, golf and the beach. It was quiet and the bed was very comfy. The problems were thdle furniture was horrible. The couch was not worth sitting on nor the chairs at the table. Did not like not having more than 2 towels per person for a week stay. Also lack of toilet paper for a week. Really didn't like having to do laundry for clean towels every 2 days.

The condo is small but as advertised and very well appointed. The tv in the living area is gigantic--- perfect for watching the Golf US Open like we wanted.
