Upon arriving, we were able to get into our room with ease, the location is great, very close to Broadway at the beach, restaurants and a few minutes away from all the shops on the boardwalk. The room was clean, our kids enjoyed the pools and also being able to walk down to the ocean. The property manager was extremely nice and informative. We would stay here again! ##### Claudia P. Communication with our booking agent was great, lots of emails, check in was easy- emailed instructions day of. However, the laundry on site, is 2 washers/dryers in one of the 3 buildings that the whole time 1 of the washers was broken. I had to call and our agent hadn’t even been on site. I walked to the office, thinking it would be in there. The office was the nicest building of all of them. Half the time the jets in the spa were broken. I understand being that close to the beach is hard to keep sand out but we had sand in our room before ever going to the beach. Make sure you come prepared to do maids service and bring everything but the kitchen sink with you. It’s extra to make the beds or get new towels. You have to strip the beds and put the sheets in a bag as well as any towels before leaving. Also take out the trash. We stayed 5 nights and with our family of 5, we only received 12 towels. Being so hot and in the water, we all showered daily. I wish there had been towel exchange or something. Overall it was in a great location, just really came on vacation to relax. ##### Samantha A.
