    - This single-story condo located on the 3rd floor offers step-free entry via elevator
    -You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay, Fees will apply for damages or any missing items.
    Host has indicated there is a carbon monoxide and smoke detector on the property as well as a fire extinguisher/fire blanket and a first aid kit. No smoking on premises, interior or exterior. $500 fine if smoke has been detected and eviction. No cigarettes, vaping, cigars or pipes.
    No Loud Noise after 10 PM. $150 fee if security is called.
    Minimum rental age is 25 years
    No motorcycles, trailers, campers or RVs in parking lots, $500 fine will apply if violated.
    3rd floor unit with pool with lush green grounds and golf course view
    Elevator accessible Outdoor Grilling area on grounds. Please be sure to remove all sand outside prior to washing to prevent damage to drains and washing machines. Fine will apply for any missing pool tags. No Smoking in unit or balcony, fine $500

Quiet and Relaxing

We enjoyed our week stay at Golf Getaway condo. The unit was very clean and pet friendly. It had a great view of the pool and sunsets. The ac worked great even with the extreme high temps. The condo was very quiet! We do wish there had been blinds or room darkening drapery panels in the master bedroom for the mornings we wanted to sleep in. We only used the kitchen for a quick breakfast or lunch but it did appear to be well stocked. Overall it was a nice pet friendly unit and we would stay here again!

My aunt, mom and I booked here for our annual beach vacation. First, we loved the close access to the pool. It’s literally mere steps from the front door. The grounds of the complex are beautiful, well-maintained and we felt safe. It was quiet and the condo is within 15-20 minutes of driving to pretty much anywhere on the south side. As for the negatives, we had issues upon checking in when the door pad key did not work. The only contact information I was given was for the cleaning service. I called her and she helped us in. Cleanliness was a non issue except for a sticky floor when we first arrived (which was taken care of immediately with a phone call) as well as personal items from previous guests in one of the bedrooms. We had issues with the Roku working in one of the bedrooms and I had to take one from one bedroom to put in another for things to work. I suggest investing in smart TVs for every room instead of Roku plugins. Smart TVs are too cheap to not have the convenience of them. Another HUGE issue we experienced was the comfortability of the furniture. From beds (hard) to sofas (that are old and the springs are worn out) to the furniture on the porch (falling apart , there was absolutely no where to sit comfortably without carrying pillows around with you for extra cushioning. We couldn’t even enjoy a movie on the sofa because they were so uncomfortable. All in all, we enjoyed our stay but we definitely won’t rebook this condo mostly due to the comfort issues.
