Palace Resort 1805 The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 18th floor, completely updated, studio apartment at The Palace Resort in Myrtle Beach. This apartment is fully furnished with 1 queen size bed, and 1 queen sleeper sofa. The layout of this rental will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other rentals at the resort are much smaller and do not have the updates that this unit offers! This layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped! In the Summer of 2020, major renovations took place in the unit in an effort to make your experience much more enjoyable. First, all carpet was removed, and new porcelain tile was installed. The old cabinets were removed, and new ones were installed. Beautiful, blue granite countertops were installed in the kitchen, as well as brand new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen features a full size fingerprint resistant fridge, slide-in stove / oven, and a stainless steel dishwasher. The white cabinets, aqua blue countertops, and stainless appliances compliment each other very well. We provide all basic cookware, utensils, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to cook a full meal for the family. Unlike many rentals, this listing also features a full-size dishwasher as well as small appliances like a coffee maker and toaster. The living space is just as special! The homeowners have installed a new 43 inch flat screen TV and freshly painted the entire apartment. The sectional sofa is brand new as of 2020 and converts to a queen bed. The sofa also has storage capabilities underneath! The queen-sized bed faces the 18th floor balcony, and guests can literally wake up to endless ocean views. Our guests will also enjoy their own personal breakfast bar overlooking the Atlantic Ocean that also features granite countertops and bar stools. Our visitors love being able to sit at the bar, enjoy a meal, or simply soak in the breathtaking views. The bathroom was also renovated during the renovation process. The bathroom is full-size and features a walk-in, tile shower with glass doors, tile floors, new vanity, and new toilet. Everything is brand new as of July 2020! The homeowner spared no expense and even updated some of the smaller accents in the apartment. New illuminating electrical outlets, new light fixtures, new ceiling fan, all new furniture, new flooring, new paint, brand new AC system, new appliances, and the list goes on! The living room is truly the most relaxing area of the entire apartment. This apartment was beautifully decorated, and the fresh paint and modern decor are great touches that really make this rental one-of-a-kind! The updates in this apartment were inspired by the Greek Santorini Island, and we couldn't be happier to host you in the near future! Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee. The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. A brand new Walmart just opened around the corner, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access. We are confident that you are going to love this rental and the location. The AC was broken on the hottest day of the year upon arrival & half the lightbulbs were burned out, not to mention all the floors were soaked w/condensation. It was 85 degrees in the unit. I spent all evening trying to get ahold of someone & the vendor didn’t arrive until 10pm. At around 11, it was cooling down. However, the AC unit was so loud, it kept me up all night. It is the original one since built in 1989\. I was out the whole next day. Upon arrival back, the AC was broken again. The vendor didn’t arrive this time until 11\. After another sleepless night, I requested the property management company a partial refund.
