Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Welcome to the beach retreat! Head up the steps into the living room of this lovely beach home by the marsh. That's right - you can gaze at miles of salt marsh creek, while taking in views of the golf course connected to the Dunes Club, all just walking distance from the beach! But while you're plotting your beach break, relax inside in the central air conditioning. Make up a drink or some food in the full kitchen, then head out onto the wrap-around deck and take in the views. The third bedroom has its own private entrance to the deck, as well as a connecting bathroom with the second bedroom (the main bedroom has an ensuite bathroom of its own!). When everyone's done eating being together in this open concept beach home, it's time to grab towels and head down to the shared community pool! What's nearby: One of many public beaches is just a half mile from this home, and it's walkable! Apache Pier, a great place for fishing, is just over one mile from the house. But if the view is just too tempting to the golfers in the group, the Arcadian Shores Golf Course is just one-and-a-half miles away. Take a leisurely walk (with the occasional break to shop at local businesses) at Barefoot Landing, just four-and-a-half miles from the home. Just half a mile further than Barefoot Landing, the whole family can view animals in a decidedly Floridian environment at Alligator Adventure. If wider South Carolina is calling your name, Highway 17 is accessible just over one mile away. Things to know: Free WiFi and cable Full kitchen Quiet hours are 10:00 pm until 8:00 am. No smoking. No house parties. No loud music or noise after house. Renters over 25 must accompany those under 25 at all times. \*Pest control is always the second Wednesday of each month. No boats, RVs, campers, golf carts, motorcycles, or trailers allowed at any time on the property or underneath the home. No additional overnight guests are allowed. These restrictions and HOA rules are strictly enforced. The HOA and the Owner enforce the parking rules as well as the strict No Party rules at all homes in this residential neighborhood. Any violations of the HOA rules could lead to eviction and cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Parties, loud music or noise, and/or any abusive types of behavior will be reported to the Horry County Police. Please abide by all parking, occupancy, pool and occupancy rules to avoid any issues. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Overall, the property is fantastic, and the view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful. The location itself is great for easily getting to the beach in addition to SO many fun activities and locations all within a 15-30 minute drive. Our main concerns were silverware… Many dishes had to be washed prior to use, and the knives available for cooking were rather dull. I wish I could give a good review, unfortunately I can't. The staff that's in charge of keeping the property up to par isn't doing a good job.. Upon arrival the home appeared to be clean but once I did a walk through to sanitize myself I noticed a lot of things. 1\. The walls were dirty with stains 2\. The night stand in the first bedroom were covered in stains from spills that has never been cleaned up and there were stains and gum stuck in the carpet. 3\. The comforter in the master bedroom was dirty and had stains as well as the spare comforter in the closet. 4\. Under the cabinets in the kitchen had exposed wiring that was covered with black duct tape that was hanging. 4\. The dishes weren't clean and some of them were rusted. The floors were not vacuumed. 6\. The sofa chair's back cushion had an enormous hole at the seam. 7\. The dining chairs were stained. And to top all of that up I seen two roaches. It was very disheartening to know that with covid the property was not clean and it was very distressing to see roaches. I did speak with someone from vacasa and they refunded me the cleaning fee and said that someone would come and address the problems but no one ever came. However, there were a few things that could’ve been better. The blinds in my moms room were broken so we used a blanket to cover the sliding door. The sliding door in the living room wouldn’t open. The furniture was a little extra worn. There was some trash and an earring left in one of the bathrooms. Upon leaving I looked under the bed to make sure no items were accidentally kicked under and left behind, and that area was very dirty (water bottle, gum pack, and other trash).
