The house we rented was stocked with snacks and milk, perfect for a quick breakfast with cereal. The host even offered to bring different types of milk when we needed it. When the grill ran out of propane, I contacted the host and within 5 minutes, she was there with a new tank. Unfortunately, there was a fire in a nearby apartment building on Christmas which caused a power outage. The host was incredibly attentive, checking on us and keeping us updated on when the power would be back on. This experience was truly wonderful. I've rented places in FL, AL, and TN before, but none of the hosts compare to this one. Although FL used to be my favorite place, I will definitely be returning to rent from this host again. We were impressed that the dining room was stocked with coffee, cereal, and snacks. There was even an unopened container of milk in the fridge to get us going in the morning. It was quiet and we could walk to the beach. The kids loved the yard. It’s managed by a property manager though and they wouldn’t let us check in bevies 5 pm and even then they never called or messaged me with the check in code until I finally got a hold of them around 6 pm. They said someone was supposed to call me with the code…no one ever did.
