We had a difficult time gaining access to condo. Information given by Vacasa the first time was not complete. After 10 hours on the road, who wants to deal with not having immediate access to condo. After waiting 20 minutes in the heat of the day in our car, someone finally came on phone and gave us a number to access key. The condo could have been a little cleaner in my eyes but was comfortable enough all the same. Directions for the use of the TV would have been nice in order to get local news and weather. The condo had everything needed for our stay for a week. All-in-all, we had a good week. Thank you. ##### Joan P.
