The staff was exceptional! I stayed to attend a funeral and the staff was so kind and went out of there way to accommodate us! Very friendly and kind.

Pleasant stay
Quick overnight stay. Everything seemed clean. Room was clean and comfortable. I was sick on check out morning and couldn’t get out before checkout time. Staff was very accommodating.

No shower on New Years morning!
All was good until I could not take a shower due to having no water in the shower. Service was fine as well until I reported it and was asked why I didn’t report it the night before? She did offer to have it looked at and could not seem to understand the concept of my wife and I not wanting to wait around for maintenance. Lastly she explained to me that I had a non refundable rate that was booked through a third party? The couple that was checking out a few minutes later had an issue as well and was thrown the whole third party speech again. She pulled it like a six shooter in the Wild West!

Hotel was very clean. The front desk staff was very nice, approachable and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a good assortment of foods. The hotel is close to anything you could need and a lot of fun family places to go. It is right at Broadway at the beach which is so much fun.

Love this hotel!
Everything was great as usual, only problem is the shower doors do not shut all the way because of the glass so water leaks out of the door and this is the second hotel room same hotel same thing happened. But still love love love this hotel. Breakfast is great, staff is nice, some people on the staff can be unfriendly but majority are friendly.

I booked a king suit room only to arrive at the property and to be told by the receptionist that they can not provide a king suite since I booked though third-party. Horrible!!!!

The staff are the best ever, if I can't stay here, I would rather stay home. Coming to the elevator in the morning and smelling breakfast is a great start to the day.

Wonderful stay!
Me and my dads stay was great, the hotel was beautiful, very nice and clean rooms! The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very nice and friendly at least when we checked in it was. The drinks in the lobby were kind of pricey to be honest more than I thought they would be but that’s okay. Great hotel.

Within walkable distance to Broadway at the beach. Maintenance man was very quick at responding to our non-functioning toilet. This hotel is showing its age. It needs a lot of TLC. Broken toilet, very loud AC, and the room had a musty smell.
