Beach is right outside resort. Family Kingdom amusement park is a several minute walk from resort. Ripleys attractions are just down the street. The resort room has a little minor worn areas from all the traffic but the place is very clean. Having the washer and dryer was a major plus! The kitchen area was literally equiped with everything from pots and pans to dishware and silverware, even suprised to find something as simple and needed as a can opener.
