The check in process is very convenient and easy. Any issues that we had, which were minor, were handled very quickly. The trash pick up schedule, or lack of, was my only complaint. Two washers and dryer’s, mounted hair dryers, nice pool. Great view from the top balcony and the elevator is a game changer if you have any older people. It was extremely clean. It accommodated our group perfectly. Having the private pool was a plus. Dunes Realty was responsive to us and came out right away to address a couple of things. We did end up having to wait to get the keys on check in day bc we got there early. The floors could have been cleaned better (the bottoms of our feet got very dirty from walking barefoot on the floors) so we just wore shoes. The tan couch had a smell to it, but I sprayed it down with lysol and it was better. The housekeeping department was so friendly. They delivered freshly laundered bed linens and towels. Having the two big tables in the dining area was perfect. We ate all our meals there and celebrated a birthday too. The beach access is super convenient.
