Property is in a great location and is large, but lacks comforts

You get what you pay for, and there is good value with this unit. However, the beds are uncomfortable there wasn’t a Carbon Monoxide detector on site and the communication with the host was very inconsistent with large gaps following basic questions. Could use some touch ups in a lot of areas and some new appliances (such as toaster, coffee maker, etc…)

Nice Place Near Broadway at the Beach

Overall, the property was a nice place to stay. Great location, near Broadway at the Beach. The unit is on the first floor, which has it's positives and negatives. We brought our dogs, so taking them out was a breeze since the back patio opened directly onto the communal green space. The main downside to being on the first floor is you can hear whenever the neighbors in the unit above walk anywhere in the unit (floor boards above creak with every step). Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean to the eye but when you looked in corners or under carpets it was dirty. The screen to the balcony didn’t work & both toilet seats were broken (the hinges were broken so the seat slid side to side). The power went out & knocked the cable tv out. We did call Sean about this but the cable never came back on, luckily he had fire sticks on the tv. All in all it was a nice condo & we wood revisit.

Amazing Stay

Very spacious apartment,, all you need is there . Very quick access to the pool. We had our dogs with us which worried me because they are used to big spaces but this fit perfectly for us. Will be coming again !!!!

They were ready for us.place had not been clean from party before. Master bedroom carpet was nasty. Once we got in it was overall nice place. If you can find a unit in same complex with no carpet it would be great.

Enjoyed our stay

While we very much enjoyed our stay, a couple of things could have made it great. We received a warning from the condo association about hanging our towels to dry over the porch railings…had we known about the rule, we wouldn’t have done it. Meanwhile there were cigarette butts all around the gate and the patio (maybe from upstairs tenants or previous guests?) We couldn’t find the WiFi password anywhere so we called the property manager who said he gets the same call every time a new guest arrives. Seems like it would make sense to have a welcoming book with this info in it. While the pool was a wonderful addition, the gates that allow access are not the gate closest to the unit, an owner was on property and told us to walk around to the other gate for access otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to use the pool. Again, pertinent info to this particular unit that could have been shared via a welcoming book or even a sign on the fridge. It was very obvious that the owners in the assoc don’t care for the renters but the location was great, it was comfortable and reasonably priced. Overall we had a wonderful trip.

Great location

Location was very convenient to local attractions. Pools were well kept and pretty private. Many days we had the pool to ourselves and one was conveniently located right outside the condo back door. A few general maintenance issues would make this property even more appealing. For example, the toilet seat in the master bath is broken and the blinds in the master bedroom need to be replaced, as there was no privacy if someone was walking by outside the bedroom window. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the condo had all we needed to be comfortable for the week.

Review of stay

Don't rent this VRBO if you have IBS or intestinal problems. Owner provided 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom (I've stayed in other vrbos that gave you extra rolls and towels- I had to go to the store and purchase extra paper products) 1 hand towel per bathroom and for a family of four they provided 4 bath towels. Overall substandard stay with the bare basics. The couch was so uncomfortable and hard cushions - we found the couch cushions pushed in and folded inside the frame of the couch upon arrival. Beds satisfactory. TV was not working - owner responsive to trouble shoot problem - my husband fixed it. Patio furniture in poor condition. In our opinion, not worth the money. The cleaning fees outrageous and obvious the place was not cleaned or inspected properly. Bathing suit outside on patio and a bag of dog poop left on patio- Dots of mildew on fabric shower curtain in master bathroom. The grounds were very beautiful, and we enjoyed the pool.

Peaceful!

The condo was the perfect location and lay out for us. The main floor condo was just what we needed for our aging large breed dog. Love how we could walk out to the patio and to the pool! The location gets a 5 star! Close to many attraction,beach,golf, resturants and shopping. few updates could of made this experience perfect. Missing screen door! Only one 🦎 guest joined us. The sofa! For the month stay, a newer version with support would be nice. Mattress covers and more dish towels and cloths. The carpets could use a deep clean. Several visabel stains in both of the bdrms... Overall not to bad!
