Big Fish Rental, the management company for this property, provided horrible service. We requested an early check-in at an additional cost of $50 and had been in communication with a representative from Big Fish Rental the entire time. Payment was made, but when we went to check in, we found that our verification process was incomplete. Big Fish Rental never informed us about any needed verification. The process took about an hour to complete, cutting into our early check-in time, and they refused to credit us as we waited outside a locked condo. I missed my son's check-in event. The advertisement and pictures for the indoor and outdoor pools were NOT accurate. The outside pool and 2 hot tubs were dug up, the lazy river had caution tape around it. The condo was great for the 5 girls staying here. There was just little things that needed fixing like door knobs. However, informed Julie about it right away and she said she would take care of it when we left. Air conditioning was great and tvs all worked. Great view from condo on 14 th floor.
