The AC was 12 degree difference from the back of the condo to the front & dryer needs to be set multiple times to dry. Owner sent out the Maintence guy for the AC right away! Our family enjoyed our week stay at this property. It was a quiet place that was close to the beach. The kitchen was very well equipped and the outdoor grill was a plus. Comfortable and cozy for all with adequate space. The space was cery clean. The owners were available and helpful. The view of the ocean was beautiful. Thank you for a great stay! Great Vacation home! All of the necessities were present as well as extras. Upgraded unit with clean and comfortable atmosphere. Walk to the beach was further than anticipated but definitely not bad with sidewalks and the use of a BeachBuggy. Extra chairs and pool toys came in handy! Owner provided linens, towels were clean and excellent shape! Balcony view of ocean was ideal.
