The Space: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, Very comfortable condo. Bedroom with 1 King bed and 1 pullout sofa in the living room. Washer and dryer available in the unit. Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included) . Dining area open to living room. Sheets and linens provided. \*Free WiFi and cable TV. \*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you. \*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items. \*Towels are provided for showers only. Guest Access: \*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying. \*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (4 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out.
