Located right next to the St. James Park pool in Building 1 and as close to the beach as you can get before paying high-rise rates! Enjoy the privacy that comes with each bedroom having its own bathroom. No waiting in line to check in! No keys to keep track of. You will receive a code for the digital lock on the door and you can go right in when you arrive. Everyone in your group will have access all the time with the code. It's a short stroll to the beach along a paved path that makes pulling those beach carts or coolers a breeze. Our unit is 100% smoke free. Our no smoking policy is strictly enforced. Parking right outside the door in our designated covered carport makes access to this beautiful villa convenient for unpacking. Entrance is on the 2nd floor. One flight of stairs. Your rate includes all bedding and bath towels. Our location provides peace and quiet in the beautiful park-like setting of St. James Park with shade trees and two lakes right by the villa. The pool for the neighborhood is right next to the villa. With just a short walk, the setting changes entirely as you reach the Embassy Suites hotel on the property and enjoy the restaurants and bars. Then it is right over the dunes to the ocean. No pets allowed. Minimum age for renting is 25\. Full Day Spa and Hair Salon on site. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything I could possibly need, including dishwasher pods and even laundry detergent.The bathrooms were well-equipped with fresh towels, washcloths, soap, shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, and even toothbrushes truly above and beyond. It’s rare to find a place so well-maintained and accommodating.This was easily one of the best decisions I’ve ever made when booking a place to stay. It felt like home and then some! S. 14 juill. 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Summer Family Getaway We enjoyed our week with family in this villa near the beach. It was a 10 minute walk to the ocean on a flat sidewalk and you could either take a boardwalk entrance to the sand or stairs up over the dunes. The pool, although fairly tiny (capacity only 18 people), is literally right next door and you can see it from the back deck. It was easy to take the kids for a quick swim between thunderstorms. Pool was often dirty with debris but we skimmed/cleaned it up ourselves. The villa itself is 16 steps up wood stairs to the door and the staircase is very narrow which was difficult for my blind grandmother, but fine for everyone else. The front bedroom was warmer than the other two bedrooms, but that is where the kids slept so it wasn’t a big deal, we just moved the tower fan that was in another room in the villa in there. In our opinion, even though it says this villa has been remodeled it seems like the decor is dark and outdated. It would brighten it up a bit by by simply switching out the lightbulbs to a white light rather than yellow, especially with the yellow walls. We did see several cockroaches inside during our visit, but we know they are common to this area so it wasn’t alarming. There are only seats for 4 on the deck balcony, 5 seats on the two couches in the living room and just 6 chairs at the dining table…..so not a space for everyone to gather together and enjoy everyone’s company or play a game during poor weather.
