The temperature-controlled indoor water parks are crowd favorite and are ideal for a family with kids. Direct beach access and ocean view from your room will be the cherry on top of your sundae. This Hosteeva condo accommodates up to 8 guests with plenty of sitting arrangements. As you enter the room you'll have a private bedroom off the main hallway with two queen beds and access to your full bath with Jacuzzi. The dining room and full kitchen with granite countertops complete with dishwasher and washer/dryer. The living room comes with a queen-size sofa bed and Murphy bed and the most stunning views of the ocean from your own private balcony. Head to the Indoor waterpark located right on the grounds of the resort and enjoy all the fun without leaving the resort. Start by swimming laps in the pool or playing basketball or volleyball in the teen pool. Your kids will have so much fun taking a deep-sea adventure in Silly Submarine. Relax in one of the 3 whirlpools. Pick up the pace on our Brand New speed slide or wild winding slide. The water parks are heated and fully enclosed from November 15th – to April 30th. Overall it was clean with fresh linens and towels. The condo does need a little TLC. There is paint chipping off the walls and there are areas that just look warn out. The 1 problem we had was the toaster didn’t work and we bought frozen waffles. Overall I would give the rental a 4.5 and would recommend it to friends. ##### Lesley R. The building is filthy, old and should be torn down. The condo was dirty, walls were dirty, garbage behind the couch, dirt behind the Murphy bed, headboard broken, light fixtures with dirt hanging off them, top of refrigerator dirty, overall feeling of unclean, unkept. The kitchen sink had a horrible smell coming from it, notified Big Fish and they said they would send someone they say the person came but nobody heard them knock. Please do not rent from Big Fish, you’ll be very disappointed. Read the complaints on the Better Business Bureau it pretty much sum it up. And you will not get a refund. We stayed one night and rented another place but not in this dumpy, filthy building. Dunes is a dump. ##### Jennifer D. Séjour de 2 nuits en mai 2023 ### 6/10 – Acceptable #### Mary K., West Bend, Wisconsin 15 mars 2023 Points faibles : Propreté #### Loved the resort and locations, just had a problem with bugs that didn't go away! This property had great amenities, multiple hot tubs in and out, multiple pools, bar, restaurant, however, we saw a bug IN and behind our stove on our third day. We found a can of bug spray under the sink (clue there) and sprayed. The following day we had one walk across a yoga mat in the living area. Killed the bug and sprayed more intensely. The following day we found a bug IN the dishwasher! I contacted Hosteva because I'm not crazy about eating off plates that bugs crawl on, and they followed up with someone coming and spraying again, only to find a bug in the dishwasher AGAIN the next day! At that point, it was clear that we were not getting this issue resolved without a more intense treatment. Hosteva moved us to a new property that had a sauna, hot tub and indoor and outdoor pool. Once we packed everything up and unpacked at the new property we found out the sauna was out of order and the heater in the pool area was not working, so we went from all those great amenities to NO amenities for the entire balance of our stay. VERY disappointing. The gave me a $200 credit and 10% off our next stay, but I'm not really impressed with the response. It could have been an awesome stay, but took a bad turn. I will say Hosteva was very quick to respond to every text and call, unfortunately, they decided to downgrade us when they had to move us instead of finding us something equal or better for the inconvenience we experienced. ##### Mary K.
