Summary: This beach condo is located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina near the Golden Mile! The complex is oceanfront and in a highly desirable area! You will enjoy being steps away from the ocean AND just a short drive away from shopping, restaurants, attractions and golf courses that the Grand Strand has to offer. This is the perfect spot for a family or couple getaway! Minimum booking age: 25 The Space: It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas! Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, or boats kept in the parking lot. Entry: Elevator available - 2nd floor. Self check-in with keypad. Kitchen: Fully stocked - includes cups, plates, utensils, pots and pans. Kuerig coffee machine. Family room: Renovated! Access to large oceanfront balcony. Bedroom 1: Surreal ocean views! 1 king bed. Bathroom 1: Attached to bedroom 1\. Beautiful shower. Bedroom 2: Two queen beds. Bathroom 2: Full bathroom. Balcony: Spacious! Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for anything not provided or any resupply needed during stay. We also do not provide extra towels throughout your stay, but guests are welcome to use the laundry facility. Washer/Dryer: Private in condo. Guest Access: You will have access to the entire condo (except for an owners closet). And a short drive to everything. I had one issue was the balcony was not available. But that was no fault of them it was the city last min. Deemed it unsafe . But the pool,location ovean front.
