It has been renovated with LVP flooring and new living room furniture. There are beautiful views of the ocean that can be enjoyed from the breakfast bar, dining table, living room, kitchen, and both bedrooms. It features a private balcony, free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps). The Brighton Tower is an oceanfront 21 story high rise building located in Kingston Resort. We enjoyed a lot of time on the large balcony. It had a wonderful oceanview and view of Apache Pier. The kitchen was well-equipped. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and the ensuite with jetted tub was enjoyed after a long day. Communication with Chanda was easy and excellent; she was quick to reply to any questions we had. Location is great - close to everything you need such as Walmart, CVS, Kroger and Tanger outlets. Also, just an easy 15 - 20 minute drive to Costco. Kingston Plantation is a very beautiful area and we felt very safe there as it is a 24-hour secured community. We were very happy with our choice of property for our first try at the "snow bird" experience! We stayed for the month of January 2023\. The view was extraordinary... what a view to get up to every day - even if we had to work during the week while there! The kitchen was so well stocked... far better than many other VRBO properties!! Crockpot, blender, can opener, all sorts of dishes and utensils... good quality pans etc. The beds were plenty comfortable. Be aware, there is no carpet, so bring slippers in the winter! The living room is tiny, and that furniture was not as comfortable as we would have liked, especially since we were there long term - but we made it work. Another note... if you have mobility issues (I do) it is quite a long walk from the parking garage to the room. Plus, since the building is in the back of Kingston Plantation (a very large spread out gated comunity) it's not easy to sort of "run out" to the store... get takeout etc. So if you do have mobility issues, take that into account. Planning a few days out was important to us. We found that parking on the roof, right next to the elevator helped! But it was a beautiful resort type area, with lots of restaurants, bars, stores etc within 10 minutes. We had an issue with the washer, and it was resolved quickly. Aug 8, 2022 #### Terrific vacation! 304 Brighton is everything we expected and more. The ocean views were fantastic, it is convenient to the pool and the ocean. Kitchen was fully equipped with pots, pans and dishes. Bedrooms were very comfortable and master suite with balcony was very spacious. Parking was easy. The central location of the property made access to Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach a snap. We will certainly return in the future! ##### Greg D. Jul 7, 2022 #### Beautiful week at the beach Brighton 304 exceeded our expectations. The condo is clean, nicely decorated, and well-maintained. The Kingston Plantation area is peaceful and luxurious. We had a great time during our vacation - we spent lots of time at the beach and played games together in the condo in the evenings. We cooked most meals using the kitchen tools provided. My Mom has physical challenges and the condo was just what we needed - there was plenty of space for her equipment, the A/C was consistently cold, and elevators were always reliable. Chanda was extremely attentive to our needs and communicated with us often. Just lovely! Highly recommended! ##### Dannelle H. Outstanding condo with pool access and very easy beach access at beautiful Kingston Plantation. Hosts left welcoming package and an abundance of beach accessories (chairs, boards, toys, etc.) condo was perfect for our family of five and the kids enjoyed the pool, beach, and sitting on the patio overlooking the pool and beach.
