As of Summer 2025, the condo has undergone a full renovation, transforming it into a sleek, modern haven with everything brand new. With a king-sized bed, a full-size sleeper sofa, and space to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests, this thoughtfully redesigned unit is the ideal retreat for couples, solo travelers, or small families looking to soak up the very best of beachfront living.  
  
Step inside and feel the difference immediately, this isn't your typical beach rental. From floor to ceiling, the condo has been completely renovated with high-end finishes and a fresh, modern aesthetic. Everything is brand new, from the furnishings and decor to the custom kitchen and spa-inspired bathroom. The entire space is light, bright, and airy, designed to maximize comfort and style while putting the stunning ocean views front and center.  
  
The living area features a brand new king-sized bed with plush bedding, a stylish sofa that converts to a full-sized bed, a sleek dresser, nightstand, and a cozy dining area with a table and chairs. The brand new smart TV lets you unwind with your favorite shows or movies after a day in the sun, and updated lighting throughout the unit sets just the right mood. You'll also notice brand new closet doors that blend seamlessly with the space's elevated look. Slide open the glass doors and step out onto your private oceanfront balcony, now furnished with chic new patio seating, perfect for enjoying morning coffee, a good book, or a glass of wine as the sun dips below the horizon.  
  
The custom kitchen area has been fully reimagined for both form and function. It features a brand new fridge, deep sink, mounted microwave, and all the essentials you need to prep light meals or snacks. The centerpiece? A custom-built island with a stunning waterfall countertop that brings both elegance and convenience to your space. Whether you're making breakfast before a beach walk or having a casual lunch inside, this kitchen setup is as practical as it is beautiful. And if you prefer to let someone else do the cooking, you're surrounded by local restaurants, and delivery through Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Postmates is always just a tap away.  
  
The bathroom is a total showstopper, completely remodeled with a luxurious custom walk-in shower, a granite-topped vanity, a new designer mirror, and upgraded finishes that create a clean, spa-like atmosphere. It's the perfect place to rinse off the salt and sand and treat yourself to a little self-care.  
  
The Landmark Resort itself is packed with family-friendly and adult-approved amenities that make your stay even more convenient and enjoyable. Take a dip in the indoor and outdoor pools, unwind in one of the many hot tubs, float along the lazy river, or enjoy the on-site arcade. There's also a laundry facility just steps away if needed. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi, so you'll stay connected even while you unplug from the everyday.  
  
We want your stay to be as smooth and carefree as possible, so we provide all the essentials: fresh towels, linens, toiletries, and a starter set of items including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand soap.  
  
While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, free parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not permitted to use the food and beverage outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities. Our rates reflect the restrictions to these amenities, and we apologize for the inconvenience.
