This spacious 1800 sq ft unit features a full kitchen with a living room and dinning area. This unit comfortably accommodates 14 guests with a large kitchen, dining and living room area. This building features indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, kiddie play areas and a lazy river. This is a no pets allowed building and if you bring a pet into the unit during your stay you will be fined $300\. You must be at least 25 years old when reserving this unit and most of the people staying in the unit must be 25 years old. We were on the 12th floor in a four bedroom corner unit (north tower). The room was clean, modern and perfect for our family of 11 (ages 13 to 51). Amazing ocean views and tons of pelicans soaring by in miltary style formation! 😁 Great people watching from the 12th floor and the sound of the waves crashing on the beach is really something special. We didn’t need anything from the host during our stay, but I definitely get the sense that if we did Rufia would have been on top of it. The Ocean Reef resort itself has seen better days, but all in all it’s a fun place to stay. ##### Robert P. The location was right on the beach front. It was a quite area and everything was easy to get to if you needed to go to town for anything.
