This oceanfront vacation rental offers the perfect blend of location, comfort, and relaxation. If you're dreaming of a getaway at one of Myrtle Beach's most beloved and family-friendly resorts, look no further. Perched on the 6th floor of the north tower at the popular Dunes Village Resort, this fully furnished condo is thoughtfully designed to accommodate up to four guests with ease. Whether you're planning a family vacation or a quiet beach escape with friends, the king-sized bed and queen sleeper sofa provide just the right mix of comfort and flexibility.  
  
As of Summer 2025, this property has been beautifully updated, and we couldn't be more excited to share it with you. Every corner has been refreshed with a bright, beachy vibe and all-new furnishings, including a brand-new king-sized bed, side tables, dresser, coffee table, a cozy small dining table with matching chairs, and stylish new outdoor seating on the balcony so you can soak in those views in total comfort. The kitchen has been upgraded with all-new appliances, making it as functional as it is inviting. And for a fun retro twist, we've added a new Ms. Pac-Man arcade game, perfect for a bit of nostalgic entertainment after a day at the beach.  
  
Step inside and you're greeted by a bright, welcoming kitchen just to your right, fully equipped and ready for anything from a quick bite to a full homemade meal. With full-size appliances including a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, mounted microwave, toaster, and coffee maker, plus all the cookware, utensils, and dishes you'll need, you'll feel right at home. If you'd rather leave the cooking to someone else, you're in luck, there are multiple on-site dining options and Myrtle Beach's endless selection of restaurants is just a short drive away. And for ultimate convenience, delivery services like Uber Eats and DoorDash are available throughout the area.  
  
To the left of the entryway, you'll find the first full bathroom, complete with a tub/shower combo, vanity, toilet, mirror, and wall-mounted hairdryer, ideal for rinsing off after the beach or getting ready for the day. Just past that, a second vanity area with its own sink, mirror, and chair gives you extra space and privacy when getting dressed or freshening up.  
  
As you move deeper into the condo, the open living area welcomes you in with natural light pouring through floor-to-ceiling windows that frame breathtaking views of the Atlantic. The king-sized bed is cozy and inviting, flanked by matching nightstands and complemented by a comfy queen-size sleeper sofa, accent chair, side table, and a new coffee table that ties it all together. A dresser offers plenty of storage, and the flat-screen TV is perfect for a lazy movie night or catching up on your favorite shows. A small dining table seats three comfortably and is great for morning coffee or evening takeout. And for a playful touch, a brand-new Ms. Pac-Man arcade game adds a bit of retro fun to the space, perfect for kids and adults alike to enjoy between beach days.  
  
Slide open the glass doors and step out onto your private oceanfront balcony, your personal slice of paradise. Whether you're sipping wine at sunset, enjoying a quiet morning with a book, or simply soaking in the sea breeze, this space is all about the view. With fresh, updated outdoor furniture, it's the perfect spot to start or end your day.  
  
We've stocked the unit with all the essentials to make your stay smooth and comfortable. Bath towels, washcloths, fresh linens, and basic toiletries are all provided. You'll also find starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion waiting for you upon arrival.  
  
But the true highlight of your stay is the resort itself. Dunes Village is known for its unmatched amenities, including over 30,000 square feet of indoor water park fun. With water slides, lazy rivers, splash zones, and more, there's no shortage of excitement for kids and adults alike. Outdoor pools, hot tubs, and sun decks offer even more ways to unwind. The resort also features basketball and tennis courts, a fitness center, putting greens, pool tables, ping pong, shuffleboard, foosball, and a playground for the little ones. Whether you're up for a game or just want to relax poolside, there's something here for everyone.  
  
Please note: this is a non-smoking unit, including the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will result in fines and eviction per resort policy. Pets are not permitted in the unit or on resort grounds. The minimum age to book is 18, and the maximum occupancy is four guests.  
  
Dunes Village Resort is conveniently located just 10 minutes from Central Myrtle Beach, the Myrtle Beach International Airport, and the iconic Skywheel. You'll find an abundance of dining and entertainment options nearby, including Duplin Winery, Barefoot Landing, Alligator Adventure, and the Big M Casino boats. Situated just north of downtown Myrtle Beach, the resort offers a quieter atmosphere without being too far from the action, making it one of the best locations in the area.
