Are you looking for a beautifully updated, 2-bedroom vacation rental? Your search ends here! Check out this stunning, 1st-floor vacation rental at Montego Inn in Myrtle Beach, SC. This condo is fully furnished with everything you need for your next vacation! This property can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests! There are two bedrooms in this condo. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor of the apartment, and the layouts are as follows: Bedroom 1: This bedroom is considered the guest space and features a queen size bed, twin size bunk bed, two nightstands, wall-mounted TV, and two large windows for natural light. Bedroom 2: This bedroom is considered the master and features a king size bed, two nightstands, closet and dresser for storage, two large windows for natural light, and a built-in vanity space with large mirror and chair. Guests will have access to 1 full bathroom! The bathroom features a tub/shower combo, large vanity with large mirror, and toilet. The master bathroom is shared between the master bedroom and the guest bedroom. There is also a half bath in the condo on the ground level that guests have access to as well. Moving through the condo, guests will find the kitchen. This area features full-size appliances including a microwave, full-size fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster. The kitchen is also fully stocked with all basic cooking and eating utensils! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short walk, drive, or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other food delivery services are very popular in this area. The main living space is located on the ground floor of the rental. This is the most relaxing space in the condo! This space features a couch that converts to a bed, accent chair, two side tables, wall-mounted flatscreen TV, dresser for storage, and coffee table. Guests will also have access to a dining area that is situated just off from the kitchen. This space features a table and chairs with enough seating for 6! Guests will also find access to the private, fully enclosed back patio through the sliding glass doors in the dining room! This space is fully fenced in and features outdoor furniture, coffee table, and grill! There is also a covered front porch for guests to utilize as well! Start your day rocking on the front step while enjoying fresh coffee from the neighborhood coffee shop. Guests are allowed to bring a max of 2 pets. Only dogs or cats are allowed. There is a one-time pet fee of $250\. Once your reservation is made and the pet agreement has been completed, the pet fee request will be sent to you through the resolution center. To keep this rental maintained as well as possible, we do ask that pets not be allowed on the sofa or living room furniture. In addition, when guests leave, we do ask that the pets be crated until their owners return. This is important not only for the care of the property, but also for vendors, pest control, maintenance, and housekeeping personnel who may need to enter the property. Vendors may not be able to provide necessary services if pets are not crated, and we appreciate your understanding! Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. The Montego Inn is located in Myrtle Beach, SC. This complex is only 2 miles from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grand Mall. There are plenty of dining options close by. Pancake houses, sushi, tacos, jerk chicken, and more, or shop at one of two grocery stores to grill your own feast: all within 3 blocks of the comforts of home. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go-karts, golfing, fishing, the beach, and so much more! This concerned me because I did not want to be blamed or pay for it. They including in part: damaged wood flooring from a past water leak, toilet roll holder partially broken from wall, frayed carpet corner, and marks on walls.The property owner must know the aging of their unit. I did not contact the property manager because the issues did not effect our stay and were too numerous. ##### Don F.
