This apartment is fully renovated, and features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, custom cabinetry, living room, dining area, full kitchen, and an oversized balcony with great views of the Atlantic Ocean. The master bedroom features a queen size bed, built in storage surrounding the bed, large flatscreen TV, ceiling fan, and access to the ensuite bathroom. The master bath features a custom tile shower with glass doors, vanity with quartz counter tops, and mirror. Guests will be able to access the balcony from the master bedroom as well.
Making our way through the apartment, guests will find the fully stocked kitchen centrally located in the apartment. The kitchen features gorgeous Quartz counter tops, spacious cabinetry, double compartment sink, subway tile backsplash, full-size stainless-steel LG appliances, stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and wall mounted microwave. We also provide all basic kitchen necessities that include dishes, plates, cups, silverware, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, cooking utensils, and much more! Guests will also find a bar area with 4 chairs!
The living room is located just off from the kitchen. The living room features 1 large sofa, accent chairs, large flat screen TV, coffee table, side tables, and access to the private balcony. The living room is truly the most relaxing area of the entire apartment. Guests love the private balcony offering stunning ocean views!
The guest bedroom features one queen size bed with a queen size trundle bed underneath. Guests will have access to a small desk/ workspace, a floor lamp, ceiling fan, and window that provides natural light. Guests can easily access the 2nd bathroom that's located just outside of this bedroom. The guest bathroom features a tub/shower combo with beautiful, tiled walls, vanity with Quartz counter tops, and mirror.
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. A washer and dryer are also provided inside the condo!
We kindly ask that you keep in mind the community's strict guidelines regarding noise levels, particularly during designated quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Out of respect for our neighbors—many of whom are year-round residents—we ask all guests to keep noise to a minimum during these hours. Please note that violations may result in fines starting at $75 and, in more serious cases, could lead to eviction. We completely understand that you're here to relax and enjoy your vacation, and we want you to have a wonderful time. We just ask that you do so with consideration for those who call Ocean Forest Villas home.
Guests will have access to basic cable and Wi-Fi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding. We truly want to make your experience with us as affordable as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a small fee.
Ocean Forest Villas is an oceanfront complex along the Golden Mile and is easily accessible to downtown Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. Our guests love the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to free parking and beach access!
