Since my son was playing in the Cal Ripken Experience Beach Blast tournament, we decided to stay closer to the fields. We had no idea what to expect, but we were definitely not disappointed. This condo was BEAUTIFUL! The pictures do not do this condo justice; it is very nicely decorated, yet has a comfortable feel. There were tons of different items that could be used in the kitchen which was helpful since we were coming from another state. The master bedroom and bathroom was gorgeous and everyone argued about who would get to shower in there! Although the condo is not directly on the beach, it has a beautiful ocean view and is extremely assessible to the beach. Parking was easy and never a problem and the elevators were always available and clean. One of our favorite aspects to our stay was the gentleman who was the night security guard. He was so sweet and helpful throughout our week. Overall, our experience with Booe Realty and this particular condo was excellent. We will definitely be returning in the future! ##### Jessica Y. Sea Mark is such a great location and 805 is a beautiful unit. Beds were comfortable and kitchen well-equipped. Short walk to the beach and great to see the pool open. Unbelievable ocean views on the over-sized balcony. So glad we stayed here. The ONLY suggestion is to replace the coffee maker! We couldn't find a filter, and the warming plate seems to be defective.
