I’ll begin w/the good first. The actual condo was very nice & clean. That was the only positive thing from this booking. The downsides were many. First, we were not sent the check-in info ahead of time. I called the host 3hrs before check-in (calling was the only option listed) was told it would come at exactly 4pm the time of check-in, which was not what the listing said. At 4:15pm I still did not have the info. I called again, they said they would send it again via email. The email came but was blank without any details. Called back and they texted me the info. There was extreme limited parking for large vehicles over 6ft 2in once we arrived. The limited space in between the rows in the only place they could accommodate vehicles that size made it impossible for us to park on site. I tried addressing this w/the host on 2 different times during our stay without resolve. We ended up paying for public parking. Inside the resort was clean; however outside was disgusting. Trash cigarette butts everywhere. The lazy river was dirty, the hot tub wasn’t working properly, and the one day all the outside water was shut off so there was no where to rinse off your sandy feet or beach stuff. Lots of irritation with this booking, would not recommend and will not book again.
