The hosts went above and beyond to accommodate our multiple requests. The apartments that we rented were very nice and clean, the resort had multiple heated pools and hot tubs, so when some of them were closed for maintenance, we were able to go to another building. Just needs cleaning products the swifter had no liquid and the wet pads for it were dry. Called Jeff he immediately came with pads but they were dry and again no liquid to clean floors. For. Long stay like that we needed more supplies. Just let people know you have to bring toilet paper and cleaning supplies. Otherwise it was great. ##### Jen F. Only downfall was a bunch of construction and maintenance the week we were there. Might have been the time of year and the resort preparing for the busy season. Just disappointing that pools closed, hot tubs closed, elevators under repair, and playground tore down and replaced during the week we were there. Good thing the beach was open and good weather all week! Host was awesome to communicate with and the condo was clean, well kept and as we expected it. Thanks again ##### Tyler G.
