The property boasts an array of amenities, including seven pools (one year-round indoor), tennis and pickleball courts, a putting green, a gym, a restaurant and bar, a beachside club, and a conference center. This established, gated enclave has been a longstanding vacation haven for numerous groups and families, offering a truly unique experience in the Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach markets. With its own parking area, covered garage, three elevators, and an indoor/outdoor pool deck with lounge chairs and a separate hot tub, the south tower ensures a premier experience. All south tower suites face away from the parking area, with most capturing picturesque ocean views. Perched on the 14th floor, this condominium provides a breathtaking view of the tidal creek and Atlantic Ocean. To the south, a vast residential community extends, offering clear views for miles—from the beaches to downtown Myrtle Beach and beyond on a clear day. Spanning approximately 1200 square feet, the 2-bedroom/2-bath unit includes a full-size washer and dryer conveniently located just inside the entry door. The entertaining area, beyond the kitchen, encompasses a dining area, a living area, and a spacious oceanfront balcony. The living area, adorned with ample seating, opens to the balcony through a large sliding glass door. The unit features two separate bedrooms and both bedrooms offer direct access to a full bathroom. The master bedroom, designed as a suite, ensures full privacy with its own bathroom, large closet, and a small balcony housing a king-sized bed. The second bedroom, also furnished with a king-sized bed, has shared access to the other full bathroom and the expansive main balcony. From the location to all the amenities within the unit, this was by far the best-furnished VRBO we have been in!!! The kitchen has everything anyone could ask for, including a lemon squeezer. I have typically taken a few kitchen items with me when we drive to a location because most kitchens are not outfitted with the "extras," and this one certainly was. The furniture in the living room was wonderful for four adults, and the table and the chairs in the eating area were the perfect size! The only thing I would add to the description if it is not there is that one of the beds, labeled as a king, is two twin beds pushed together. This would not deter me from renting again as the view was fabulous, the space was laid out perfectly. ##### Jill D.
