Very bright and full of light. \* located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, built around the Myrtlewood Golf Club ground, just off the bypass \*minutes from the beach and all main attractions. \*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included) \*Condo sleeps up to 4 guests. \*PET OWNERS: Only fully trained pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details. The Space: \*1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, Very comfortable condo. \*Bedroom with 1 King bed and 1 pullout sofa in the living room. \*Washer and dryer available in the unit. \*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included) . \*Dining area open to living room. \* Sheets and linens provided. \*Free WiFi and cable TV. \*Pets are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you. \*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items. \*Towels are provided for showers only. Guest Access: \*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. This area is quiet and just minutes from all the local attractions, shopping malls and beach. This ground floor unit was fantastic for us and our small dog. Lots of parking right outside of the unit and was freshly paved. The unit is located at the front parking lot but it was super quiet and not much noise from the cars. There was lots of green space for our dog and even had a dog waste bin with bags located steps from the condo. The pool was not in service due to the time of the year (seasonal operation). Kitchen was equipped with all the essentials and even had a few Keurig pods left on the counter as a welcome gift. The condo comes with a starter of toilet paper, paper towels, washing machine pods and 2 sets of towels (bath, hand, face), hand soap, dish soap and even a few shampoos.I would definitely stay here again when in the Myrtle Beach area.
