I had to drop them in a metal laundry drop which is what the staff is to do because it hit my arm and its now swollen. I asked for my room to be services being we stayed over a week I even offered to clean it myself they said no. The sighs on the elevator indicated workers must wait and not use along with guest. I'm only giving it a good review because I felt the room could have been cleaner when we arrived . The one gentleman with the long ponytail at the front desk was extremely friendly. Custodial workers and housekeeping staff were very friendly and attentive. This resort is right off the beach and has an amazing view from the 8 floors down we were on the 8th floor. Indoor pool area could use an update . All in all we will most likely book here again due to it being dog friendly . This resort is also close to the boardwalk in driving distance there are local restaurants, pancake houses, fast food, there are also local bar and grills nearby. We ate take out from Sea World if you get the opportunity to eat there or order out do so it was amazing ##### Davie B. Very plain decor with white walls. We didnt have hot water the day after check in which was resolved within 24 hours. One piece of feedback id offer is to tell the guests bringing dogs along which breeds are prohibited at the time of booking. While our dogs breed wasnt on the list, it would've been a shame to drive 9 hours with her only to be turned away once we arrived due to her breed.
