During our warmest months, we open our pool bar during our warmest months and schedule live entertainment on the pool deck.

Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation, and additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites. Children's Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more! This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Long Weekend Stay for Baseball

We had a great stay. The room was clean upon arrival and it contained most of the things we needed for the little time we were there. The place overall is just a bit outdated, but it met our needs for the long weekend. Check in was easy, we had a view of the beach, and the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the shower was always hot!

Great stay!

Unit was very clean and perfect size for the 2 of us. Even though it wasn’t “ocean front”, we had a great view being right on the corner of the building. Location was very good! Short drive to Broadway at the Beach and walking distance (2 blocks) to the Sea Captain’s House. Little bit longer walk, but definitely doable, to River City Cafe and several other restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Was a great stay good view of the beach and the amenities were amazing I was disappointed when I arrived at my room and the bed was very visibly dirty and had sand,stains and hair everywhere and sand was all over the floor they did not clean my room at all but with such good beach access and amazing amenities I would definitely recommend

Great Beach Getaway With Pet

Property was nice with an excellent view of the beach and ocean with great indoor and outdoor pool amenities, but room had a musty smell upon check-in (maybe drapes). Room entry was difficult at first (code instead of keys), since had to go to front desk 3 times to reset, but got better through the week. Pet policy was great among limited opportunities.

7th Floor on the beach. Nice views. Condo in pretty good shape. Overall property had some nice amenities. Not too busy when we were there. Ample parking across the street in garage. Only stayed two nights.

Great Stay

The location was easy to find. Staff were amazing. Our room was nice and cozy. The only thing that kinda bothered us was the floors had hair all over like it had not been swept and the headboards you could tell had not been wiped down. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

Checkin was horrible and not at specified time. The wait was 2 hours after being told numerous times another 5-10 minutes. The room was being cleaned and it still was not cleaned after the delayed wait. Staff at the desk was coughing in a towel and not using sanitizer after. The appliances in the room were not clean. The pictures clearly didn’t match the room itself with cleanliness. I was very disappointed based on the ratings.

The apartment was very clean, welcoming, and well stocked. It was exactly the same as shown in the pictures. Our room had absolutely new furniture, beds were comfy, a fully equipped kitchen, a large refrigerator, a fairly good bathroom, a large number of snow-white towels, a hairdryer... A balcony with a view of the incredible ocean. On the territory of the hotel there are several swimming pools and a Jacuzzi, sun beds by the pool, a pool bar, a mini starbucks cafe, a restaurant. Beautiful clean beach with lifegard... Everything you need to enjoy your vacation with your family and young children. The place was brilliant, great value for money and great location, and within walking distances to various restaurants. We could not have asked for a better location. We would stay here again. P.S. A very important clarification: I hope that when people read different reviews, they understand that all reviews are always "relative", so, if you compare higher-level hotels with mid-level hotels, then, of course, apartments in a 5-star hotel will be much better... Therefore, it is always necessary to proceed from the concept of "price-quality".

Pretty nice place to stay

The room was clean and a great place for a family of 4 although the bathroom was a little cramped and the shower pressure sucked. The kitchen had things in it to be used if you eat in and wanted to cook something in the oven there were pans and dishes. The hotel was relatively very clean for being pet friendly if something had an accident it was quick to get cleaned. The inside pool was my kids favorite of all the pools at the hotel. Loved the DVD stand the hotel had for rentals for the room (came in handy during a big thunderstorm storm) and there are a variety of amenities there that were very nice. I would come back!

I’d stay again

The unit was nice and comfortable. The view was nice as well. We paid for the late check out (2pm) and went to the beach early, upon our return around noon we were locked out. Thankfully, a housekeeper recognized my husband and let us back in as our dog was inside as well.

Condo is perfect for two people. View was perfect. Beach is clean and staff very helpful. Water temperature in condo is really hot so beware so you do not get burned. That was the only thing I can complain about.

Worth the money

The friendly staff and dog friendly hotel and beach is my favorite part of the stay. Quiet rooms were clean. The bathroom sink was clogged and must’ve been for awhile because there was a snake (drain unclogger) underneath the sink. We just used kitchen sink. That’s why I only gave it a 4 star instead of 5. Well worth the money for the pools, beach, hot tubs, ocean front room. I will stay here if I go to Myrtle Beach again.
