This beautiful 1-bedroom condo by Hosteeva comes with a private balcony overlooking breathtaking ocean views and miles of amazing beaches. This lively condo has a bright and cozy living and dining area with lots of sitting space, as well as a full kitchen for an imperfect home-cooked meal.  
  
This waterfront condo is located straight on the ocean in the heart of Myrtle Beach, SC. You’ll be either steps or a short ride away from a vast array of attractions, restaurants, and shops, including Broadway at the Beach, Pelicans Baseball Stadium, Nascar Speed Park, Pavilion Nostalgia Amusement Park, and the Convention Center.  
  
Start your morning with a beautiful sunrise and a cup of coffee by the beach. Head to the pool in the afternoon and end your day with a beautiful sunset-watching that beats any show on Netflix – don’t take our word for it, see it for yourself!

Things to know  
• A new pier is currently under construction near the property. This project is expected to continue through some time in 2026\. While every effort is being made to minimize disruption, occasional noise or limited access to certain areas may occur.  
• Please note: Coastline Pest Control performs preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. This is mandatory to insure you have a wonderful stay and to make sure you do not take home any unwanted guests. Thank you for your patience and understanding!  
• Upgraded internet | Perfect for work from the beach!

• The pool working hours are from 10:00AM to 9:00PM.  
• PLEASE NOTE: All pools will be closed from December 12, 2025 to January 1st, 2026  
• Please note that the city is currently working on the pipes in the ocean, which may result in loud noise most of the time. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.  
House rules  
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.  
• Grilling is prohibited. Penalty: Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.  
• Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed.  
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.  
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.  
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.  
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.  
• Gatherings of more than 6 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.  
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.  
• You must be at least 21 years old to book this property.  
• Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.

#### Great location and view! Perfect for small family getaway

This was our second stay at this building, first in this unit. This unit was more recently renovated, and had a more efficient air conditioning unit than our last stay. The location is great! We were walkable to most of what we wanted to do, and right on the beach. The kitchen was great to do breakfast and prep food for snacks at the beach. We used the pools as well, which were a break from the ocean. There was always someone cleaning them. We dealt with way less smoke smells drifting up to our balcony this trip which was a pleasant change! Only complaint is that the shower head is a bit strong, and there’s nothing to adjust it—we love the water pressure but it was tough on our daughter. Ultimately, great trip, and we’d stay again.
