• In case guests fail to leave bracelets in the unit, they will be charged an extra $25/per item for replacement.  
• The indoor pool is located at the main tower

• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.  
• Grilling is prohibited. Penalty: Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.  
• Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed.  
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.  
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.  
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.  
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.  
• Gatherings of more than 6 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.  
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.  
• You must be at least 21 years old to book this property.  
• Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.

#### Dirty and insect ridden

The first night I was bitten by something. They did not look like mosquito bites. We called property management who could see insects flying around. She sent someone with a can of Raid. That’s it. I had bites all over me, and by the end of our stay, my friend did too. The place was filthy….mold everywhere, nasty appliances, dirty floor, you name it. We paid a premium price for a filthy condo. I have pictures. The AC stopped working the last night we were there, and no, we did not leave the balcony door open. The various door and gate codes were a pain, and the pool gate & door were difficult to open. I don’t think I ever successfully opened either on the first try. It was ridiculous. Everyone had the same problem with the pool gate. This caused unnecessary anxiety on a vacation that was meant to be relaxing. The only good thing about this place is the location, which is excellent with beautiful views.

#### Not what it seemed

The pictures looked great. It didn’t show the hallways, entrances, or doorway. When we arrived, it felt like we were going to be staying in something sketchy. When my kids walked in, the first thing they noticed was a roach in the floor. We seen at least three while we were there. The chairs to the dining room table didn’t feel safe to sit in. The full size bed in the extra bedroom was very uncomfortable. Things looked run down. The master suite bed was great. The towels seemed new. Bathrooms were clean. The view was great. We loved the balcony.
