This fabulous, spacious, elegantly decorated and furnished three-bedroom condo located in the luxurious "Island Vista" resort building, is privately owned and offered for private vacation rental, owner direct (not through the resort management company), and has been designed with every attention to detail and enjoys breathtaking direct, unobstructed oceanfront views. The condo has been fully redecorated in 2023 and newly finished with hardwood flooring throughout. The condo benefits from a beautiful high-end kitchen with luxury granite counters, white shaker cabinets, full size modern stainless steel appliances and every convenience a cook could want. The condo offers upgraded flat screen TV's wired cable channels and a Roku stick to enable access to guest Netflix, Disney plus Hulu etc accounts. The master bedroom looks out over the ocean with patio door access to the large balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. The master suite has a king size bed with top quality, pillow-top mattresses and 600 thread-count luxury pure bamboo linens. This bedroom has a built-in closet, comfortable armchair, a luggage rack and chest of drawers with a 48'" flat screen LED HDTV with internet capable blu-ray player. The master en-suite bathroom is fully tiled with a luxurious jetted tub, a separate double-sized power shower, vanity with granite counter and 2 basins, and WC. There is a built-in hairdryer and all our bathrooms are supplied with an abundance of extra thick and fluffy luxury towels. The second bedroom suite also offers a plush split-king size bed (which can be converted to two singles for those who prefer it) complete with luxury pillowtop mattresses and luxury 600 thread count bamboo linens, a built in closet, chest of drawers, elegant armchair, luggage rack and a 46" flat screen LED HDTV with internet capable blu-ray player. The second en-suite bathroom is also fully tiled and has a tub/shower combination, built-in hairdryer, vanity unit with granite counter all supplied with top quality luxury extra thick and fluffy towels and a WC. The third bedroom has 2 full/queen size beds with luxury mattresses, fine luxury bamboo linens, built in closet, chest of drawers, luggage rack, 42" LED HDTV, again with internet capable blu-ray player. The third bathroom is also fully tiled with a shower/tub combination, vanity with granite counter, built-in hairdryer, luxury extra thick and fluffy towels, and a WC. The unit is fully equipped with a full-size washer and dryer for laundry convenience. The large, spacious kitchen is fully stocked with every convenience a cook would want. There are white Shaker cabinets, solid granite counter-tops for that chic and luxurious feel, Mr Coffee coffee maker, toaster, kettle, all utensils, crockery and flatware, and full size stainless steel appliances. The kitchen also enjoys a fabulous ocean view, and provides seating for 2 more guests at the granite breakfast bar. The main living/dining area is extremely spacious and luxuriously furnished with a queen sleeper/sofa with an extra thick memory foam and gel foam super comfy mattress, 2 armchairs, a coffee table and TV consul with 52' flat screen LED HDTV and internet capable blu-ray player, and a 12 seater dining table and chairs. The living room opens to a very large balcony enjoying unadulterated and uninterrupted oceanfront and views and is equipped with a dining table and chairs for outdoor eating, rocking wicker relaxer chairs with coffee tables. The condo is high enough up to avoid the pool noise in summer and enjoy total privacy. This condo is second to none in spacious accommodation, luxury appointments, attention to every detail and is in pristine condition. The resort offers a fabulous, award-winning full-service bar and restaurant serving breakfast and dinner right on site and the beachfront spa services (by appointment at reception) and fabulous pools are just amazing. There is also a seasonal Tiki Bar and Pizzeria serving food and beverages all day. There is no better resort to get away from the noise and stay in close proximity to all the attractions without having to listen to everyone else enjoying them while you are trying to relax! For a superior, more classy experience of Myrtle Beach with a quiet and stunningly beautiful stretch of undisturbed beach complete with beach chairs and umbrellas (stored in the closet) for you to use every day of your vacation - this is the place to stay. The bad, - The Jacuzzi tub was inoperable - The main waste line may need to be snaked because all three lavatories drained slow. - The trim work on the thresholds during the new floor installation was subpar. - One threshold for the bathroom in the hallway was not tacked down properly and moves freely. - There was most certainly a dead mouse inside the pots/pans cabinet which we could tell simply by the smell emanating, so none of that cookingware was used. Would most certainly recommend fixing these issues to maintain the rating you advertise the property at. Louise was great. She answered all our questions both before and during our stay. The place was very clean. It had beach toys, beach chairs and an umbrella, which made packing the car easier. The linens were exceptional. The complex was great during the hurricane. It had an indoor pool and the restaurant was nice so we didn’t have to go outside. The condo was as pictured and had all the essentials for a great week at the beach! Check-in and out was seamless and communication with Louise was efficient. The resort was amazing! Their tiki bar, indoor bar, dining area, and indoor and outdoor pools were amazing! My family and I cannot say enough good things and plan to be back for family vacation next year! The place was terrific. Just as advertised. Positives: clean, high floor, direct view of the ocean, brand new patio set on the balcony, easy parking, nice towels, ice maker in freezer, coffee maker could make drip and keurig coffee, the pool was nice, right on the beach, plenty of room to spread out, 10-15 min drive to everything. Negatives: the dryer would randomly shut off so we had to keep an eye on it, no shampoo/conditioner or body soap was supplied so we had to buy 3 sets for the 3 bathrooms, it was a little dark for us even with the lights turned on. Most of the other families stayed at the dunes. We definitely chose better. If we ever come back, I would definitely book this location again. ##### greg K. The condo was nice sized, large kitchen and living room and the bedrooms were all nice. The area was quiet and clean. Around the pool area could use a cleaning but it’s the end of the season and I’m sure they’re about to close for the winter. My only and biggest complaint about the actual condo was the balcony. It was much smaller than the photos looked and the furniture was in terrible condition. The chairs were broken, the table rusted and garbage (broken chairs, cardboard boxes) were stacked in one corner. They had left fold out chairs to use in place of the broken patio chairs. None of them were comfortable. I did notify the owner and she said if they weren’t serviceable they could send someone out with more. I didn’t feel it was necessary as they were “serviceable” for the remainder of our stay, 3 nights. I do think for the price those are the little things that make a rental property truly nice. We enjoy our time on the balcony and couldn’t spend much time because the situation with the chairs. Overall the place was nice. The inside was clean, with plenty of dishes to cook. I would stay again if they remedied the balcony furniture. ##### Angela J.
