Dog friendly! Beautiful, classic yet updated beach home only 2 blocks from Cherry Grove Beach. Located on 24th Ave N, North Myrtle Beach for reference. Ideal home for a fun-filled family vacation, golf trip reunion or relaxing couple’s retreat. Brand new floors, furniture appliances and mattresses as of 2023! Come start your vacation right at our dog friendly beach cottage in Cherry Grove, North Myrtle Beach! Golf cart is NO longer included (totaled in Hurricane Ian flooding Sept 2022). Check out Salty Frye’s Golf Carts on Sea Mountain Hwy for rentals if you’re interested! Just a two minute walk from the house. 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths to accommodate 9 guests total. Kitchen and bathrooms are all recently renovated. En-suite master bath. Only one dog allowed, less than 50 lbs. Nonrefundable $100 pet fee. We also provide linens, bath towels, beach towels, 6 beach chairs and more for a one stop, fun filled vacation! New fence for back yard May 2021 with privacy fence for you, your kiddos, and pup to enjoy. In addition to being a 4-minute walk to the beach, our beach house is within steps of everything you need: grocery store, liquor store, ice cream, beach store, bar, gas station/convenience store, restaurants and more. Leave your car in the driveway and walk to all your vacation wants and needs! Kitchen is well-equipped with brand new appliances (2023), complete with dishwasher, 12 pot drip coffee maker, and Keurig. Propane gas grill for cookouts. Dining room table for family meals in. Table in the screened in front porch, rocking chairs and 2 fans along with the ocean breeze for relaxing, mosquito free outdoor dining. Our beach house includes a washer and dryer, dishwasher, complementary high speed Wi-Fi perfect for work from home, TVs in living room and bedrooms. There is live TV provided through the Hulu app. Free parking for up to 4 cars on the driveway. No boats or motorcycles. Accessibility: There are no steps up to or within the property. There is a slight lip to step over at the front door, but no stairs. Two of the bathrooms have showers only with a slight lip to step over and one has a tub/shower combo perfect for a relaxing bubble bath or bath time for the little ones. Please note, we do not allow motorcycles, boats or RVs on our property. The fireplace is closed and not currently operational. Do not attempt to use. COVID status: Please note our cancellation policy BEFORE you book. Please check whether fear of covid is covered by any travel or cancellation insurance policies BEFORE you purchase them. The house was beautifully furnished and had everything that we needed. The kitchen had a great selection of pots, pans, and utensils. The house was exceptionally clean, and everything was in order when we arrived. It was pretty chilly all week so we weren’t able to sit on the porch, but the rocking chairs were inviting and the table would be great for outdoor dining in warmer weather. The host was very helpful and replied quickly to the few questions we had. The one suggestion would be a grab bar in the shower; otherwise this house is perfect! ##### Henry B. It was extremely clean and fully stocked with any and everything you could possibly need. This is one house that we did not find 1 bug, dead or alive. The other homes we stayed in over the years, we only stayed 1 time because the roaches were so bad and we had to call and get them exterminated and we always left early because of that. We were beginning to think that all of Myrtle Beach was full of bugs and we have stayed in many homes there over the years, but this home has changed our mind on that. It was very clean! The neighborhood was very quiet as well and seemed very safe. We had the best stay and we would love to rent this home again if the owner would have us back. Our golden doodle loved the back yard and the screened in front porch. This home was so pretty inside and puts off a cottage type feel. You would never know it is a "pet friendly" home, because it was so clean. Not all of them are like that! Perfect location to everything and a short walk to the beach! North Myrtle Beach is so much better for us than Myrtle Beach area, it seems more family friendly! Highly recommend this home for vacations and we can't wait to go back. I know for families with kids they have to have low beds and bunks but for older folks it’s kinda hard to get up and down. lol Everything was clean and neat There were 5 of us and we cooked every meal and even grilled on the gas grill which was so much easier than a charcoal one. We only had to take a crock pot and one very large pot for crab legs If we haven’t moved by the next time we go down we will definitely stay here !! My little one was a little disappointed that the bikes listed and pictures were not operational but we spent gorgeous days at the beach which was so close. The nearby grocery and all of the restaurants were great. Short drive to Barefoot Landings which has great more expensive restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again. ##### Raquel M. Front screened porch was dirty, sandy and needs maintenance throughout including doors. Traffic and carwash are loud at times. Would stay there again with my pet for sure. The fenced in yard and the screened in porch were great for our furry friends. It was really nice being in walking distance to the beach. An added bonus was how comfortable the master bed was. It made it hard to get up in the morning. We only discovered how awesome Boulineaus grocery store is on the last day. Highly recommend going there right away. The grocery store is almost directly across the street. The beach is a 3 block walk. It’s super easy and convenient to enjoy the entertainment aspects of Myrtle Beach and the laid back tranquility of Cherry Grove. I’m hesitant to even leave this review as a hate this hidden gem to be reserved when we come back next year. This place truly has become our second home. ##### Marty M.
