Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. #### Not the best. Wouldn't stay again.

The room was okay. If I had to pick to stay again, I would no. The hotel is not elaborate like the reviews say. The smell in the lobby/elevators wasn't pleasant. We didn't realize dogs were allowed on the property until we got there. I understand lobby floors will be wet from the pools, but the carpets in the elevator smelled awful and never were switched out while we were there, that I noticed. When we walked into our room, we noticed the floors were dirty. I found a broom in the closet, so I was able to sweep. I did receive a text after check in, asking how everything in the room was. I responded about the dirty floors, but never heard back on the issue. The room was clean enough we didn't worry about bed bugs, but the corners of the baseboards were covered in filth- especially in the bathrooms which really gross me out. The toilet clogged, so we had to call maintenance to come up since there wasn't a plunger. The view in the room was exactly like the pictures showed. We had a full beach view. There is a large pool outside, 2 smaller pools that at first we thought were hot tubs, but the water was cooler. There was a large indoor pool with 2 hot tubs and a small lazy river with a giant hot tub in another area of the hotel. The pools were clean and we did enjoy them everyday. We didn't eat at the hotel, we tried one night for dinner around 7pm but the kitchen was closed and only serving drinks. The outdoor bar was $$$ so we didn't try any drinks there either.

Like the hotel overall. Room floor was dirty and sticky. Shower did not work properly and no pressure, ( when you activated the shower more water came out of spigot than shower head) terrible view from balcony, and it was loud from hearing the traffic outside.

The apartments are in great condition, an amazing location and the amenities are very nice too, the only reason I don't give 5 starts is because the check in was supposed to be at 4pm and they didn't have the room ready, check out is at 10 am so is hard to understand how in a period from 10 am to 4 pm a room couldn't be ready for the next guest, they ended up giving a different type of room and almost an hour late, the customer service was a little bit rude too.
