Welcome to our beach home - unit #1208 Royale Palms!

Freshly painted in 2018, new living room furniture for 2019, new HVAC in 2020, new dishwasher and dryer in 2021. New stove/oven 2023.

We are 5 minutes from Tanger outlets and a short 15 minute drive to Broadway or Barefoot Landing.

Our floor plan provides fabulous ocean views from our spacious balcony which can be accessed directly from our living room AND the master suite! Our enormous balcony is 160 square feet, making perfect for morning coffee or a fun outdoor family brunch! You'll find that our condo is spacious with 1,825 heated square feet.
Our upgraded features include:

*Granite countertops in the kitchen.
*Granite vanities in all bathrooms.

The Royale Palms high-rise is located at Kingston Shores; a sister property of Kingston Plantation...Myrtle Beach's Premier 145-acre, oceanfront resort! Royale Palms is Kingston's newest building which was built in 2007! The Royale Palms conjoins to the prestigious Hilton Hotel! While staying in our condo...our guests can access the gift shop in the lobby of the Hilton Hotel, Cafe' Amalfi, The Royale Day Spa (for an additional fee)...and the "owners' pool" at the Royale Palms. (*Please note that our guests do NOT have access to the on-site Splash! Waterpark, pools/pool decks at the Hilton Hotel...as these amenities are available ONLY to guests who rent directly through the on-site rental program/Hilton Worldwide. Thank you for your understanding!) Our guests can access Kingston Plantation's on-site Sport & Health Club for an additional fee. Fees begin as low as $10.00 per day, per person and are paid directly to the Sport & Health Club at the time of use.

Christmas Vacation-Royal Palms

Our stay was amazing waking up to the beautiful sounds of the ocean! The condo was very clean and spacious with accommodations to sleep at least 8 adults. All of the amenities were at our fingertips and access to the beach was literally a few steps away! Looking forward to returning during off seasons! Great host and very pleasant!

Weekend Getaway

The Hotel was very nice! The entrance into the Royal Palms was very spacious and clean. The condo that we rented was also very clean and enough room for all four adults. The only problem that we encountered, was not enough paper towels and toilet tissue available. Overall, the stay was great! We would definitely recommend the Royal Palms!

Fabulous location

The property is ideally located for those who wish to get to the beach with little fuss. A short walk gets you on the beach and ready to enjoy your vacation. The condo was clean and can easily sleep 8. 3 bathrooms mean little time spent waiting to clean up after a day in the sun. The condo is conveniently located to both Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle, so there is plenty to do to keep the whole family happy. The owner was very responsive to the few questions we had. We highly recommend this unit.

This property was a great choice for a week's stay in MB. We love the area, being convenient to all attractions, great restaurants and the best beach! We loved the large balcony and views. Having stayed at Royale Palms before, we would certainly consider this unit for future visits!
